How to activate codes in PUBG Mobile
This can be done in two ways: on the official website or in the game itself. Let's look at the first option first. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to the game.
- After loading, click on your account avatar to open the menu where you can see your account UID – save it or remember it.
- Go to the promo code activation page, then enter the saved identification number in the “Character ID” line, the promo code in the “Redemption code” line and the verification code in the “Verification code” line.
- Next, click on the “Redeem” button, wait for the promo code to activate and collect your reward from your in-game mail.
You can also activate codes in the game itself. To do this, follow these steps:
- Log in to the game.
- After loading, go to the “Events” section and open any event where there is a text field for entering exchange codes. In our example, this is “Game Zone”.
- In the window that appears, click on the text field and enter one of the above codes, then click the “Exchange” button.
- If you did everything correctly, you will immediately receive a reward.

Codes are not activated: what to do
There are several reasons why the promo codes we have indicated may not work, namely:
