Puzzles of Mondstadt in Genshin Impact are a lot of mysteries and secrets that fill the Anemo region. Elemental monuments in Mondstadt
Elemental totems are activated by applying the elements indicated on them. There are 8 such puzzles in Mondstadt.
The Whispering Forest
From the Statue of the Archons at Starfall Lake, run southwest. On the sandy shore, destroy a bunch of stones, activate the Anemo monument and get a regular chest.
Temple of a Thousand Winds
In the northeast part of the ruins, climb up the pillar and light the Pyro Monument first. After that, the game will point you to an Electro totem on another pillar, then to Crio. As a reward, you will receive a rich chest.
Falcon Coast
Teleport to the east of the Valley of the Wind and drop down to the south. You need to activate 3 Pyro monuments as quickly as possible. You can, for example, throw Ember into the middle of the Bunny Baron and wait until it explodes. The reward is a rich chest.
Valley of the Wind
From the Statue of the Archons, run south towards the river. Here, activate 3 monuments – Pyro, Electro and Cryo – to get a precious chest.
Approximately in the same area there is another mystery. The most convenient way to get to it is from the Lion Temple dungeon. First go down to the northwest, then use the wind current to go up directly to the puzzle (at the same time pick up the anemoculus in the air). The puzzle itself lies in the activation of 3 Electro monuments. The reward is a rich chest.
Wolfend
< p>From the teleporter, follow the road southwest to the Lupus Borealis arena. Light up 4 Pyro Monuments and get a rich chest.
Southern border with Dragonspine
From the Valley of Memories dungeon, head southeast. Here you have to activate 1 Pyro and 2 Electro monuments to get a rich chest.
Reef Mask
You can read about how to get to this location in our guide about the Twisted Abyss. As soon as you get to the island, you will see the Anemo monument. Activate it and defeat the Geo, Pyro and Anemo slimes to unlock the precious chest.
Torch riddles in Mondstadt

From the teleporter, run west. There are 3 torches here. Light them up with Pyro and get a rich chest.
Dadaupa Gorge
From the teleporter, go down to the lake. There are 3 torches not far from the shore. Light one of them to get a regular chest.
Valley of the Winds
Teleport east of the valley. You will find yourself on a pillar, from where you will immediately see the first torch. The second will be next to the blocked rich chest. The next one is a little to the north, near the ruined wall. The last torch is in front of the treasure.
Wolfend
< p>From the teleport near the lake, go a little north and light 3 torches. The reward is a rich chest.
Lightcrown Canyon
From the teleporter, run north to the cliff. Light a non-burning torch and get a rich chest.
There is another treasure nearby. Head down to the ruins to the west and destroy the pile of rocks under the stairs. In addition to the torch puzzle, here you will find an anemoculus and a regular chest. You will also receive a rich chest for solving the puzzle.
