How to Start the Quest
This quest starts automatically after completing the previous mission in the chain called “Unfortunate Survivors”. After watching the cutscene with Tingyun and your other friends, you will go to the main road of the Golden Flash. Then chat with the fox again to discuss the next course of action.
What souvenirs to choose for friends of Tingyun
After the conversation, move to the Oti shopping center, and then approach the sales assistant in the corner of the square. Next, Tingyun will ask you what souvenirs to take for this or that friend. You will be able to offer her certain options. Let us note right away that your choice does not affect the ending of the quest or the reward, so you can choose depending on your own preferences.
The first thing the girl wants to buy is a gift for Fu Xuan. What should she take?
- Brother Hanu’s flare gun – Tingyun will be surprised that the seer could be interested in such things, but she will agree to take it, believing that a lot could have changed in Luofu Xianzhou during her absence.
- Watch-shaped eye mask – Tingyun will like our choice, considering it original and thoughtful.
- Aeromonocycle – March 7 will immediately interrupt us, noting that Fu Xuan’s gift will not do. As a result, you will have to choose from the remaining souvenirs.
Then we choose a gift for Jing Yuan:
- A share of Penakonia stock is not a very suitable gift for a man of his status.
- A roll of film – this gift will surely please the general.
- A platoon of elite warriors – the Alliance does not need new troops.
In the end, we choose a souvenir for Bailu:
- The “Delight” syrup is a great gift for a baby dragon.
- The Hamster Knight hairpin is a gift that Bile will definitely like.
- Galovian plume – the inserted wings are unlikely to look good with the dragon's horns.
What to Say to Tingyun
The little fox will want to talk to you alone. Go up the stairs to the east and approach the quest marker. Then a conversation with Tingyun will begin. Ask her jokingly if it is her (you can choose any option). Then the girl will want to know from you how you saw her while Fantiliya was pretending to be her.
Again, you can choose any answers, as they will not actually affect the ending of this quest and its rewards. It is unlikely that this conversation will affect the further plot. At least, such conversations did not affect anything before. Here are the questions you will be asked:
- What was Tingyun like? You can say: dangerous, mysterious, or cunning (sounds like the truth).
- What does she look like? You can say: a promising emanation of Destruction or a clever merchant (she will take it as a compliment).
- What impressed you: a dodgy character, the ability to give orders, or high emotional intelligence (March 7 will also praise her).
- Can they be considered the same? You can say: it doesn't matter whether they are or not.
Tingyun, apparently, will say no matter what you say, that Fantiliya copied her well, so she feels as if she personally participated in our adventures on Lofu. After thanking us, the conversation will end, and you will unlock the “Advent of the Tulku” trophy.
How to examine Tingyun's Memory Dream Bubble
Next, go to Doctor Edward, who is below and to the left, in order to buy Dream Bubbles from him as a gift. Tingyun will give us her own Dream Bubble. If you want to see it, then interact with the eye again, and then select the option “View the Dream Bubble given to you by Tingyun”.
Dr. Edward will want to buy it. You can choose any answer, since the dream will remain with you either way. It contains the memories of the fox. They are almost no different from what you experienced, except that Tingyun did not meet Lord Ravager and helped you cope with the disaster of her own free will.
Next, move to your ship on Penakonia called “Radiant Spar” and approach Himeko. You will learn that Yukun has become Lofu's messenger. Then watch a long cutscene with the reunion of the two foxes. Once it is completed, the mission will come to an end.
As a reward, you will receive 400 mastery points, 50 star jades, 4 traveler's guides, 4 lost crystals and 60 thousand credits. Plus, you will have access to the final quest of the chain “Farewell Song of Meeting”.
