In LEGO Fortnite, a root is a resource that has the second level. With it you can upgrade your settlement, as well as create improved equipment. This guide will show you where to find the valuable material and how to get it.
Where to find Root Grass in LEGO Fortnite
Plants, which are essentially huge tree roots, are located in caves. They are usually found near trails. Look for a large rock structure with a small entrance in front.
It is not difficult to find the necessary resource in the cave – these are large, light and strong roots. Below in the screenshots we showed examples of what a root plant looks like. They can be located both below and above, so be prepared to build a ladder or two to reach them.
Please note that the caves are full of unique resources that cannot be obtained anywhere else. For example, you can also find a useful material in them – marble.
How to get root tape
You can get a resource simply by cutting it down. True, this cannot be done using improvised means. To get the root, you need to acquire an ax of unusual quality (green). To create it you need to improve the workbench. To do this you will need eight boards and three sinks.
After you have upgraded the workbench, go into it and select the Forest Axe. To produce the tool you will need three bones and three wooden sticks.
