Location of the Ruin Mechanism Core
Head to the gorge located in the northern part of the Chenyu Valley. Run up the path until you see a locked rich chest. There will be automatons next to them.
Recall that these opponents have high resistance to physical damage, but are also quite vulnerable to elemental attacks, so we advise you to use various reactions against them (better all that work is Steam, Melt, Freeze and Stimulate).
Having dealt with the enemies, take the contents of the rich chest and examine the white light that will appear next to the chest. As a result, you will receive the Ruin Mechanism Core.
How to restart the ruin mechanism
Now you need to find the Ruin Guardian for whom this core is intended. From your current location, go down a little south until you see a ravine to the right of the road. Looking down, you will see the automaton you need.
Approach the robot and insert the core you found earlier into it. This will trigger the Mossy Statue mini-boss. This is a slightly stronger version of the regular Ruin Guard, so use the same combat tactics against him. You will also receive the required achievement.
