In Honkai: Star Rail“The Sage Seeker” is a world quest located aboard the Skybreaker. Over the course of the quest, you will have to complete the “Pioneer” challenges, set a pre-calculated number of moves for the hovering invention, and guide it to the exit of the labyrinth – all this will earn you as many as 15 chests of varying value.

The process of completing the quest “The Sage Seeker” in Honkai: Star Rail
The “Sage Seeker” quest marker will automatically appear on the Skybreaker map after completing the “Duel Under the Azure Sky II” storyline. Similar labyrinth puzzles have already appeared in the Garden of Serenity, and you can read about the principle of completing them in a separate guide.
Chat with a fan of the game “Pioneer” from Yaoqing
To start completing the quests, move to the “Arena Bottom Floor” anchor and approach the rival from Yaoqing, the homeland of Feixiao and Jiaoqiu, above whose head there is a quest beacon. The girl will complain that the “Pioneer” discipline lacks outstanding representatives, and will offer our charismatic Pioneer to promote the game to the masses.
At the end of the first conversation with the NPC, the final line will appear: “Ready» — after it, the 1st puzzle will immediately open, for the solution of which you will be given a chest. Each subsequent test must be started separately, again starting a conversation with opponents and choosing the answer “Let's play“.
Pay attention to the screenshots with the solution of the puzzles – they show the route of the robot's flight, as well as the corresponding combination of moves.

To pass the first challenge, use the following 5-move sequence: up, right, down, left, up.

In the second puzzle, you need to combine a chain of 6 actions: right, up, left, up, left, up.

The third trial involves a block that rises after crossing the highlighted field. To pass this trial, perform the following combination of moves: left, up, right, left, up.

The penultimate puzzle from the opponent from Yaoqing consists of 6 actions: left, right, up, left, right, up.

The final challenge from an experienced Yaoqing player is to create a route that passes through four pressure blocks. The following sequence will work: left, right, up, down, right, up.
For successfully creating routes to all five puzzles from the girl from Yaoqing, you will receive a reward in the form of four regular and one valuable chest. To move on to the stage with the next opponent, you will have to open all the rewards – this can be done either after each individual test, or after all five.
Talk to your opponent with Fanhu
After collecting all the rewards from the first rival, we will be offered to talk to a new participant in the game – rival from Fanhu. Go to the guy in the white-jade haori and agree to participate in his test.
The intellectual has come up with a new type of pressure plate, “Pioneer III“, the trick of which is double-click: the first time you cross the highlighted field, you remove the block, and after the second flight, you lift the block.

In the first maze challenge from the Fanhu opponent, one blocked slab appears – to pick it up, you need to cross the yellow field twice. To solve this puzzle, a combination of the following five moves will work: up, left, right, left, up.

This challenge has both a blocked block and a normal block. To solve the puzzle in six moves, proceed as follows: up, down, up, right, left, up.

The penultimate maze from the opponent with Fanhu is almost identical to the previous one, but the robot starts from a different position, and the exit is still at the top, but to the left. You can lay a path using only six commands like this: up, down, left, right, left, up.

And the last labyrinth built by the opponent with Fanhu can be passed using a combination of the following directions: right, left, right, left, down, left.
After the second series of labyrinths, we will receive a similar amount of rewards to the previous one: four regular and one valuable chest. After emptying their contents, you can continue the mission and talk to the last opponent.
Talk to the opponent from Zhuming
The final set of puzzles will be unlocked after you introduce yourself to Zhuming Opponent, Yunli's homeland.

The first labyrinth from the opponent with Zhuming is passed in six steps: right, down, left, right, left, up.

In the second maze from the brunette from Zhuming, there are some normal and locked blocks, and a suitable route of six teams can be made as follows: up, down, up, left, right, up.

Upon exiting the last “Pioneer” challenge from a player with Zhuming, the “Divine Move” achievement (+5 Jade) will be awarded. All that remains is to loot all the trophies you got for solving the puzzles (4 regular and 1 luxurious chest) and talk to the third opponent for the last time.
Talk to the opponent from Zhumin again
After emptying all the chests from the opponent with Zhumin, he will step aside a little and grab his head – talk to him again. The long-lived player will be unhappy that his combination, honed over centuries, was solved so quickly. Finally, the man will promise to return in three centuries and take revenge – this will complete the quest “Sage Seeker”.
Rewards and achievements for completing the quest “Sage Seeker” in HSR
During the completion of all the “Discoverer” trials added to the “Sage Seeker” quest, you will be able to collect 15 chests: 12 regular (+60 jade, 60 arrows and resources), 2 valuable (+40 jade, 20 arrows, resources and 2 random purple artifacts) and 1 luxurious (+30 jade, 20 arrows, resources and random golden artifact).
