Sandbag in Honkai: Star Rail is a secret challenge that can be completed in the Kamnegrad fight club. Completing this mini-quest will not give you any rewards, but you will learn about an interesting reference. Where to find a bag of sand
First, you need to completely complete the permanent event “Tournament of Outstanding Talents of Kamnegrad” and receive from Dr. Dig a damaged manuscript about the ancient martial arts of Belobog (you can check its availability in your inventory, in the “Missions” section).
Teleport to the Kamnegrad Major League. From the entrance, turn right and go to the corner. You will see a punching bag that can be inspected – it will be described as a “sandbag”. You will decide to practice the techniques described in the manuscript on it.
How to repeat combat moves
When you reach the list of moves, click on the first three options in order, and click on the last one twice: two uppercuts, two hooks, left and right hook, left and right hook.
Important to note: after this you will immediately enter into battle, so if your squad is not suitable for battle, click on the wrong option reception – you will move away from the punching bag and can set up your team. If you have already started the battle, you can retreat at any time – after picking up a squad, you can return and start the battle again.
Fight the Lieutenants of the Silvermane Guards
5 identical enemies will appear in front of you. All of them have physical, ice and quantum vulnerabilities.
Lieutenants consistently deal damage, so having a good shield or healer is important. For example, the Pathfinder on the path of Conservation (can absorb all the damage) and Locha (can heal a hero with low HP, interrupting the Lieutenants’ turn and without spending skill points) are well suited for battle. As for damage dealers, it is better to take heroes of the Destruction or Erudition paths. Clara would be an excellent option: she will be able to repel all enemy attacks, at the same time breaking through their vulnerability, and also deal area damage using her skill.
A special mechanic of the battle is that by using a skill, any hero restores all his energy. This can be useful to break a chain of enemy attacks; In addition, you will be able to heal in time with the healer’s ult. The battle is also made a little easier by the fact that the Lieutenants do not call for help, as in a normal battle.
Easter egg explanation
Unfortunately, you will not receive any rewards or achievements for discovering this game secret. The order of the moves is a reference to the Konami Code, a cheat code used in many of the company's games that gives the player significant boosts. In the picture below you can see the order of the code keys – it has become a cultural phenomenon that you can find as an Easter egg in many other games.
After the battle, you can complete the challenge an infinite number of times by returning to the sandbag.
