In Genshin Impact, the Brilliant Aspects are a game mode in patch 5.0 and part of the Traces of Mastery event. During it, you will have to explore Natlan, collect curiosities, and photograph various creatures. As a reward, you will receive Colorful Discourses, Ascension Materials, and Primogems. In this guide, we will tell you how to complete all the stages.
How to Start the “Brilliant Aspects” Event
First, you will need to complete the event's starting quest, “A Cutting-Edge Look at Graffiti!”, to unlock access to three types of challenges, including the Radiant Aspects. Then you can start clearing the first level. Note that new stages will be opened gradually. The image below shows the schedule.
Children of Echoes (Day 1)
Go to the event page in the main menu, then go to the “Looking for Inspiration” section and select the “Children of Echoes” category. You will find several unpainted graffiti here. The smallest of them, which are marked with camera, marker, and flower icons, are the challenges you need. We will look at each of them in detail below.
Statue of the Seven Archons: Tequemekán Valley
This one is pretty simple – you need to unlock the Pyro Archon statue located near the Echo Children settlement. You'll probably do this during the first quest in the region, when you climb the stone steps to the top. The pictures below show its exact location.
Observation Deck: Children of Echo
This one is pretty simple too, as the area in question is right next to the teleporter near the settlement entrance. Travel to the indicated waypoint, approach the purple beam of light, and interact with it to complete the indicated task.
Can be collected: Saurian Paw
By clicking “track”, you will see the area where you can collect local curiosities. It is located west of the settlement of Echo Children. Go down into the canyon, and your minimap will show the location of all 6 Saurian legs. Just in case, we have shown their locations in the pictures below. We will add that you do not have to collect these particular paws – any others will do.

First, equip your character with the Graffiti Camera, which can be found in the inventory under the “Tools” section. Then go to the point where the Tepetlisaurs are. The desired location will be marked on your map – it is located to the west of the settlement, near the teleporter. Next, stand close to the Saurians so as not to scare them and make them attack you.
Get your camera out and start taking photos of the little ones. You'll need to capture 4 of their actions (2 is enough): digging, lounging, resting, and walking. Try not to get too close, or they'll get angry and attack you.

Equip the camera again and head to the second location. It is located west of the Pyro Archon Statue. On the slope, you will find two giant creatures. You can approach them closely – they will not attack you.
Next, you will need to take a photo of 3 of their actions (2 is enough): shaking their head, lounging, and looking around. After taking a photo, collect your reward from the event page.
Descendants of Kron (Day 2)
Go to the event page in the main menu, then go to the “Getting Inspired” section and select the “Cron Scions” category. You will find several unpainted graffiti here. The smallest of them, which are marked with camera, marker, and flower icons, are the challenges you need. We will look at each of them in detail below.
Statue of the Seven Archons: Mount Coatepec
This one is pretty simple – you need to unlock the Pyro Archon statue located near the Cron Scions settlement. To do this, you just need to go southeast from the Stadium of the Sacred Flame, following the road. The pictures below show its exact location.
Observation Deck: Descendants of Cron
This is also quite simple, since the required area is located right next to the teleport near the entrance to the settlement. Travel to the indicated waypoint, approach the purple beam of light, and interact with it to complete the indicated task.
Can be collected: Berries quenepa
By clicking “track”, you will see the area where you can collect local curiosities. It is located southwest of the “Fiery Ruins” dungeon, not far from the teleporter. When you come to the marked area, you will see the designations of the necessary plants on the mini-map. You need to collect 9 pieces of quenep berries. Just in case, we have shown their location in the pictures below. We will add that you do not have to collect these berries – any others will do.

The location will be marked on your map – it's located south of the Kron Scions settlement, near the teleporter. If you haven't discovered it yet, head north from the Pyro Archon statue in the area to the waterfall and climb the slope up. At the edge of the cliff, you will see two baby yumkasaurus.
Get out your camera and start taking pictures of the little ones. You will need to capture 4 of their actions (2 is enough): resting, lounging, looking around, and sitting. Try not to get too close, otherwise they will get angry and attack you.
Snapshot: Capybara
Equip the camera again and head to the second location. It is in the Ancestral Temple. If you haven't discovered this location yet, head southwest of the Flame Ruins dungeon. The animals you need will be splashing around in the pool below. You can get close to them if you want.
Next, you will need to take a photo of 3 of their actions (2 is enough): swimming in water, lying on the ground, and scratching their belly. After taking a photo, collect your reward from the event page.
