Where to find books
Once you get to the hotel and get the key to the Dawn Wing, go up to the second floor, and then move along the unlit corridors to the center of the location, where the reading room is located. You will find it almost opposite the white stairs. There is also a save point there.
After entering, immediately turn the camera to the left and pick up a red book called “Pride and Ruin”. Then go right to the table near the window, and pick up the work “Insights: A New Look” from it. Next, go to the table in the far right corner, on which there is a black phone, and take the book “Endurance to the End” from it. The last one, called “Up to the Sky” is on the table to the right of the save point.
If you turn these books on their sides when examining them, you will notice that they have certain creatures depicted on their spines: a lion, an eagle, a bull, and a man with wings.
How to Arrange Books on a Shelf
After collecting the books, carefully examine the huge picture with a gold frame that hangs on the wall opposite the shelf. The characters in the picture correspond to which books need to be placed in which slot, since these characters are depicted on the spines of the books, as we indicated above.
Note: Note that in the painting, the spears pierce the man in the center from top to bottom, and on the book emblem, they are drawn vertically, so the image must be mentally turned upside down and diagonally to understand where exactly the books should be located.
Now go to the bookshelf with empty cells and interact with it. Next, arrange the books in the following cells:
- Top right – Up to the Sky (image of an eagle).
- Top left – Insights: A New Look (image of a man with wings).
- Bottom right – Pride and Ruin (image of a lion).
- Bottom left – Enduring to the End (image of a bull).
