How to get to the Texas Cafe
Note that you can find the token in a small cafe located in the eastern part of the South Valley. You will pass by it when you first get to Silent Hill, but you will only be able to look through a hole in the glass without the ability to enter the building.
Continue exploring the town, heading north along the main road. Then you need to go to the west side, going through the alleys and through private houses. The map below shows the entire route. The entrance to the cafe will be a little further than the white station wagon, but be careful, as a monster will crawl out from under the car and pounce on you.
How to Solve the Cash Register Puzzle
Having dealt with the monster, go to the cafe and approach the bar counter on which there is a cash register. Inside it is the token you need, but to open it, you will have to solve a small riddle.
