After leaving Ebisugaoka High School, Hinako's path leads you to the gloomy Worship Hall – one of the most symbolic and frightening places of Silent Hill f. Here you will find three consecutive puzzles: Rinko's cell, Shu's memories and Sakuko's room, which you can read about in a separate guide. Puzzles with Rinko and Shu require attentiveness, orientation in space and an understanding of the principle of operation of Inari statues. Let's look in detail at where to look for the necessary items and how to complete both riddles in order to advance further in the plot.
Riddle with Rinko's cage
To free Rinko, you need to find three missing elements – Coats of arms with foxes. They are all located in the western part of the Hall of Worship, which is accessed after completing the cage puzzle and using the white rabbit emblem key.

After entering the western section of the Hall of Worship, switch the statue to the left of the shrine to the green position. Walk along the southern corridor, turn right and go to the end. In the room, change the color of the statue to white and go back to the corridor. At the first left turn, go forward – you will find yourself in a classroom. Activate the blue lamp and examine the desk where the coat of arms with the image of a fox lies.

Return to the shrine room and now set the left statue to white and the right statue to blue. Go along the northern corridor and turn into the room. After activating the blue lamp, a monster in chains will appear – deal with it, and then examine the shelves in the western part of the room. Behind the candy jar is the second coat of arms.

Go back to the shrine again, change the colors of the statues: the left one is green, the right one is red. From there, follow the southern corridor, turn right and go to the farthest room. Activate the blue lamp on the table to change the environment. On story complexitythe required comb is hidden in the red doll, and in the difficult one – in the blue one. Once found, return to the cage and place all three crests to complete the puzzle.
Upon completion, you will receive a key with the scales emblem, which opens the inner chambers of the Hall of Worship and gives access to the next puzzle – Xiu's memories.
Shu's Memories
The next puzzle is activated by using the scales emblem key and leads to the heart of the Hall of Worship. Here you have to find three things that are dear to Xiu, each of which is connected with his past.
How to find items
Comic book about the hero Superbrain
At the story level of difficulty, it is enough to find only this item. It lies in one of the rooms in the inner hall. Go to the table and pick up the comic.
Drawing of young Hinako
On difficult difficulty, you will need to find the second item – a drawing that Xiu once carefully kept. It lies not far from the comic book, in another room of the Hall, on a shelf against the wall.
Ray gun
On Lost in the Mist difficulty, you have to collect all three items. The third item is a toy gun hidden in the eastern section. To get there, explore the passages until you find a room with destroyed furniture and a lamp. Examine the box against the wall – there is a ray gun inside.
When all the items are collected, go back and place all the memorabilia on their pedestals. After this, the puzzle will be completed.
The Hall of Worship is one of the most symbolic and mystery-filled locations in Silent Hill f. It connects the storylines of Hinako, Rinko and Shu, forcing the player to look more closely at the details and look for relationships between elements. By completing both puzzles, the cage and the memory, you will not only advance further in the story, but also learn more about the tragedy hidden in Hinako's heart.
