Before solving this puzzle, we advise you to complete the Ancient Language, New Knowledge quest chain to open most of the ruins and teleports in the twilight desert, and also get the fourth level of Power at the Red Sands Plate. The latter will allow you to interact with all the mechanisms and pedestals in the region.
After fulfilling the indicated conditions, move to the central eastern teleport of the tomb of King Deshret, turn around and exit the pyramid. Then turn right and run forward. Climb over the fence and glide down – you'll see a locked chest and a replicator ahead. Go down there, as this is the area where the puzzle you need is located.

How to solve the puzzle with ghostly torches
After going down, go to the pedestal of secret rites and interact with it to unlock the cage of truth. Touch the mechanism and a yellow triangle will appear above the character's head.
Now approach the four phantom torches to manifest them. Their location is shown in the screenshots below. Next, light them up with Pyro abilities in any order. As a result, you will unlock a rich chest.
Where to find the three primordial sparks
Gliding down, stick to the left side to pick up a pristine luminary on a dilapidated wall. Then climb the wall on the right and stand on the glowing platform so that a candlestick with the first pristine spark appears on it.

Wait until the light appears on the wall again, and then pick it up and transfer it to the second replicator so that a second primordial spark appears on it. Now unblock her, but don't follow her yet.
Go back to the first spark and unlock it too – run after it. She will fly up and to the right, and then fly into the primordial torch. The screenshots below show the entire route.
Next, return to the second spark that will be waiting for you near the monolith. Follow her upstairs using the four-leafed symbol. At the end, she will fly into the second primordial torch.
Turn around and run across the stone bridge to the far side of the area behind the monolith. You will almost immediately see a candlestick there with a third primordial spark. Approach it and perform an unlock, and then start following the blue cube. He will fly into the third primordial torch.
