Where to find Suanni Hermit in Genshin Impact
There are no additional conditions required to unlock access to this boss, so you can essentially get to it immediately after completing the Archon quest, Song of Dragon Freedom. However, we still advise you to complete Li Yue's quest chain first.
So, first of all, get to the Chenyu Valley, located in the northwestern part of the Geo Kingdom. Then unlock the teleporter in the southern area of the tea region and head north to the waterfall. Respawn of the Suanni Hermit
After you deal with this boss, he will be reborn in about 3-5 minutes – you need to teleport to another area or re-enter the game for the monster to reappear. Remember also that to collect rewards from it you will have to spend 40 units of Primordial Resin.
Characteristics of the Suanni Hermit
Even in its normal state, this enemy has 70% resistance to Hydro and Anemo elements, but to other types of damage (including physical) its resistance is only 10%. In an enhanced state, his resistance to all elements increases significantly. All this imposes certain restrictions on the selection of characters for the battle with this boss.
If we talk about the combat parameters of the ancient lord of the mountains, then in terms of health and attack power he is slightly superior to such bosses as Unut Setekha or the Monstrous Baptist, therefore he is a rather dangerous monster. For example, at level 90, his base HP is almost 616 thousand units (the baptist has only 371 thousand), and his ATK is 15.2 thousand units (Unut Setekh has 11.4 thousand). Given the large health bar and high attack power of the boss, we recommend that you pay as much attention to the survivability of the squad as to its damage. If you see that your shield guy can’t cope with the incoming damage, then take a healer into your pack as well. It will help the characters recover from powerful area attacks of the beast.
Primary and secondary damage dealers can be Cryo, Pyro and/or Electro, but we recommend sticking with the first two elements as they will benefit you the most. The fact is that Cryo heroes will be able to freeze the monster, and Pyro will be able to cause a Melt reaction, which will ultimately stun him when he collects the power of Hydro Adepts.
Plus, attacks from both of these elements allow you to immobilize the beast when it begins to gather the power of Anemo Adepts, since these elements can react with Anemo. Geo element characters and/or wielders of a two-handed sword can also be useful, as they are able to cause the Shattered reaction after Suanni the Hermit's Freeze.

Before the battle begins, you can eat dishes that increase attack power, critical damage and critical hit chance. It would be a good idea to drink potions that increase certain elemental damage to strengthen your damage dealers. In this case, the following will be useful:
