In Genshin ImpactSuper Heavy Land Cruiser: The Mobile Fortress is an all-terrain battle mech and elite boss added to the game with the release of patch 6.2 (Luna III). This huge robot drops the Kuuwiaki Cyclic War Core, which is necessary for the rise of some characters. In this guide, we will tell you where you can find this enemy, what team should be prepared to fight him, the fastest way to defeat him, and what achievements you will be able to unlock.
Where to find the Super-Heavy Land Cruiser: Mobile Fortress
To unlock access to this boss, there is no need to fulfill any additional conditions, so, in fact, you can go to it immediately after completing the Archon quest “Song of dragon freedom.” However, we still advise you to first take on the Nod's End quest chain.
So, first of all, get to Nod's Land by moving to the opened teleport north of Ochkanatlan. Next, get to the entrance to the cave with the boss. Information about the exact location of the arena with him will appear after the release of a future patch.
Respawn of the Super Heavy Land Cruiser: Mobile Fortress
After you deal with this boss, he will recover almost instantly– you need to teleport to another area or simply step aside a little for the battle mech to reappear. Remember also that to collect rewards from it you will have to spend 40 units of Primordial Resin.

Characteristics of the Super-Heavy Land Cruiser: Mobile Fortress
In its normal state, this enemy has an increased resistance to all elements of 150%. However, when Pyro damage is dealt to him, he will begin to overheat, and when the corresponding scale reaches half, his elemental resistance will drop to 50%, but at the same time he will receive a Cryo Shield, which will make him invulnerable to Cryo damage. If you remove the barrier in 18 seconds, the resists will drop to -20%, and the boss himself will lose 30% of his health.

If we talk about the combat parameters of this huge robot, then it has fairly high health and attack power values, which are equal to or significantly exceed those of the Monstrous Baptist or Unut Setekh. For example, at level 90, his base HP is 816.2 thousand units (the baptist has 371 thousand), and his ATK is 15.2 thousand units (Setekh has 11.4 thousand). You can see all the characteristics of the enemy in the image below (2P, 3P and 4P show the parameters when playing in co-op).

Tips for choosing heroes
Given the boss's impressive health bar and high attack power, we advise you to pay as much attention to your squad's survivability as you do to its damage. If, for example, you see that your healer cannot cope with the incoming damage, then you can safely take a shield warrior into your pack. It will help protect allies from the enemy's most powerful area attacks.
Taking into account the information about overheating, we highly recommend taking the roles of Piro’s main and secondary damage dealers with characters who can directly and/or from their pocket constantly inflict fire damage on the enemy. Only in this case can you heat it up and force it to reduce its resistance. In addition, you will need Pyro attacks to destroy the boss's Cryo shield, which will completely stun him and reduce his elemental resistance to -20%.
Let’s add that support elements (this also includes shield members and healers) are unimportant, that is, they may well even be Cryo elements, since you still won’t deal damage to the boss with them, because their main task is to strengthen, heal or protect allies. However, try not to take characters that inflict Hydro status on themselves (for example, Barbara, Xing Qiu or Kokomi), as some of the Mobile Fortress's attacks deal Cryo damage, so they can freeze you.

Based on the above information, we have prepared some of the most suitable units that will be the easiest for you to deal with the Mobile Fortress. They are shown in the table below. You can find other assemblies of the best teams in our separate material.
