Once you get to the eastern part of South Valley in Silent Hill 2 Remake, on the corner of Katz Street and Neely Street, you find the local Supermarket. However, getting inside will be impossible: its door is locked with a combination lock, with no hint of a clue nearby.

How to get the code for the door
Follow Sanders Street, to the place indicated in the screenshot, focusing on the rusty blue truck. On the left side of the truck you will see a corpse, next to which lie two notes. One of them will be a clue on how to pick up the code and open the door to the store.
Take the note to your inventory and return to the Supermarket.
How to pick the code
The note probably belonged to a person trying to figure out the combination and get into the store.
It will say that the combination of numbers 4439 is the closest to the correct one. However, each difficulty level will have a different combination:
- Easy: 4442
- Standard: 4444
- Hard: 4446
Enter the numbers based on your difficulty level, enter the Supermarket and pick up three boxes of ammo, as well as three bottles of Health Drink.
