What Mysteria Ecclesiae adds to Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Naturally, the main highlight of the entire add-on is the new story, which covers both existing areas and completely new locations, and also includes 10 main tasks and several optional side missions. Plus, you can unlock over a dozen new trophies. All this will allow you to spend about 8-10 more hours in the game.

In addition, you will be able to visit the real medieval Cistercian monastery in Sedlec, which is the largest religious building in the sequel. On its territory there is a lot of additional content and caches that should definitely be examined. Of course, there will also be new mechanics, mainly related to the investigation taking place in the monastery.

How to start and complete the Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC in KDC 2

To gain access to the add-on, you need to fulfill only one condition – take on the story mission “Pen and Sword”, finally getting out of Troska and heading straight to Kutna Hora. On the second day you will be taken to Sukhdol, and a corresponding purple icon with the name of the DLC should appear on your map.

You you will need to find Peter Pisetsky, who will sit in the banquet hall. Talk to him and agree to find the royal physician Albicus of Unichov for him, which will lead to the beginning of the first quest of the third addition.

What should those who have already completed the main story do? Nothing really – just load the last save, where you freely explore the world, and then go to Peter Pisetsky. However, in this case, it will be possible to find it already inthe city of Kutna Hora, in the southwestern part. Go into the courtyard, enter the building and go upstairs, where you will find a mustachioed old man (sometimes the necessary character is simply walking on the street).

Note: Note that the second option is actually preferable, that is, it is advisable to take on completing this expansion after completing the game, when you have a well-leveled character, since in many Mysteria Ecclesiae quests you will have to pass high-level checks in dialogues. Plus, it is desirable to have good equipment.

The first task of the chain, in which you will need to help Peter find Albicus, and then deal with two thugs and talk with the doctor about the disease.
