In Honkai: Star Rail Tears of Dreams are universal Path materials, with which you can replace any resources of a specific Path to increase the level of Trails or raise the light cones. How to get Tears of Dreams in Honkai: Star Rail
To increase the level of Traces and light cones, you need materials from certain Paths that correspond to the class of the character or weapon being upgraded. These items are obtained from various crimson sepals.
However, players often encounter such a problem as a lack of 1-2 items to increase the next characteristic, but at the same time they do not have the Mastery energy to clear the required sepal or simply do not want to spend it for the sake of a couple of materials. This is where the tears of dreams will help you, which can replace any of the above materials. Next, we'll tell you how you can get them.
Note: After the release of patch 1.6, all players whose Balance level is equal to or higher than 1 will be awarded 150 tears of dreams for free. The gift can be collected from the in-game mail.
Battle Pass
At the moment, only one source of obtaining these items is known – increasing the level of the battle pass. As with fuel, Dream Tears can be obtained as a reward.
How to use Dream Tears
It should be noted that materials of different rarities require different amounts of Dream Tears to obtain. The list below clearly shows all the costs:
- One 4-star (purple) material – exchanged for 9 Dream Tears.
- One 3-star (blue) material – exchanged for 3 dream tears.
- One 2-star (green) material – exchanged for 1 dream tear.
Thus, you can see that this rare and versatile resource is equivalent to just one ordinary pumping material. The conversion process itself is still unknown. Detailed information will appear on December 27.
