Exploring Brookhaven Hospital in Silent Hill 2 Remake, on the second floor you can get into the director's office. On the table there will be a hand statue, clutching the key tightly. If you look closely, you will find three missing bracelets.

How to Find All the Bracelets for the Hand Riddle in Silent Hill 2
Carefully examine the principal's office and turn on the voice recorder on the table.
After that, to the right of the director's desk you will see three notes, which you also need to read to get the necessary marks on the map.
How to find the bracelet with marks
Start your search from the women's locker on the same floor, which is located next to the northwest stairs. Examine the teddy bear sitting on the chair and take the bent needle. Also, don't forget to look in the locker, from where you can get a shotgun.
Go to the next sister's roomand find the key to the L1 chamber.
Follow there, unlock the door and get into the hole under the ceiling using the cart. In the next room, you will find a hole in the wall. Climb into it and go down to the floor below. Then, using the hole, crawl straight into the medical archive. Inspect the entire room and take the bracelet with notes from the floor.
How to find a dirty bracelet
Return to the third floor and go to examination room number five, where you can findkey to the medical department.
Go down to the first floor and run forward along the corridor opposite the exit from the hospital straight to the double doors. Open them and go to the doctor's room, where you can get a note with a new code for the nurses' station.

Exit the staff room and find the kitchen on the west side of this floor. There you will be able to pick up the mold repellent, which will be useful to you for solving another riddle.
After you get the code and the remedy, run to the second floor to the nurses' station. Open the door and take the moldy x-ray.
After that, go back to the third floor and solve the puzzle with the x-rays to get the code for office D1.
In the office D1, search the bed and get a dirty bracelet from there.
How to find the bracelet in the blood stains
Now, to find the last bracelet you need to get into the pool. It will also have a mark on your map if you read the notetranscript of conversation in ward C1 on the second floor
To get to the pool through the courtyard, follow the gap between the rest room and the pharmacy. You can see the detailed path in the screenshot below.
Go through the pool to the shower room, where you can pick up the medical tube lying in plain sight.
Connect the tube to the needle you got from the bear and return to the pharmacy to the drain in the floor. Using the medical tube with a bent needle you will be able to pull the repairman's key out of the drain.
Go back to the pool and use this key to open the hatch in the floor. Interact with the lever and drain the water in the pool.
Go into the empty pool and break the wall with the image of an eye, from where you can get a bracelet with blood stains.
How to solve the puzzle with the hand and bracelets in the director's office
Return to the second floor to the office with the riddle and put the bracelets in the right places. To understand where each bracelet needs to be placed, focus on the spots on the hand itself. The spots on the bracelets and the hand must match.
To get the numbers we need, turn the bracelets until you put more or less clear numbers in one row.
So, to get the key, arrange the bracelets as follows and get the following numbers:
- Bracelet with blood stains “92“
- Bracelet with marks “45“
- Dirty bracelet “71“
Once you have correctly arranged all the bracelets, you will be able to take the key to the director's utility room from the hand. With this key, you will be able to solve the puzzle with the mysterious safe in the director's office and finally move forward along the storyline.
