In Honkai: Star Rail, “Twenty-one Salvos of the Martial Arts Ceremony” is a hidden quest of Luofu Xianzhou. During this quest, you will be helping two retired masters enjoy the power of their brainchild, “Sky Splitter”. How to start the quest
First, you need to complete the quest “Duel Under the Azure Sky II” to gain access to the entire Skybreaker area. Then, head to the Cargo Line on the 2nd floor. To the right of the teleporter, you can see two men. When you get close to them, a dialogue will automatically begin. Choose any of the options marked in the image below to proceed with the task.
How to help Old Bai
You will first have to help the former engineer who created some of the cannons installed on the Sky Splitter. To do this, go to the control room, located to the north, one floor below your previous location. You can go down there by the stairs from the room where the men are waiting for you.
Once in the control room, go to the operators chatting by the left wall and start listening to their conversation. Further choices in the dialogue will not affect anything.
You will eventually gain access to the control panel. Insert the jade abacus you received from Old Bai into any of the ports. This will complete the man's task. After a short cutscene, you will automatically return to the Cargo Line.
How to Help Zhenke
Start talking to the men again. This time, Zhenke will need your help. If you are ready to continue the quest, select the appropriate option in the dialogue.
After that, you will automatically be transported to the arena, where you and the instructor will begin watching the performance of the star skiffs. When the cutscene ends, approach Zhenke, who is waiting nearby, to discuss what you saw. Further response options will not affect the outcome of the dialogue.
Rewards
After the conversation ends, you will be transported back to the Cargo Line. The masters will thank you for the services rendered and leave the location.
Your reward will be: the Twenty-one salvos of the Martial Arts Ceremony achievement, some credits and materials to level up characters and weapons.
