The miHoYo team has already officially introduced one new character who will appear in the upcoming patch: Emilia. Insiders shared information about her abilities and rerans of other heroes.
First phase banners
Informants suggest that in the first half of the patch the following fighters will be presented in banners:
- 5-star – Emilia (Dendro, spear) and Navia (Geo, two-handed sword).
- 4-star – unknown yet.
Emilia owns her own perfume shop located in Fontaine. The first mention of the girl appeared in the lines of Lini and Lynette. From them we learned that Emilia produces delicious perfumes, and she has no end of buyers. Even Lini himself wanted to become her client. Judging by her characteristics, she will play through the Burning reaction and will be able to serve as a sub-DD in the squad.

Information about a possible rerun of Risley was published in the last patch, and insiders have been hinting at the appearance of Nilu for several months now. However, there is no exact information, so with a high probability this data may not be confirmed.
As for the weapon banner, you should wait for the appearance of the catalyst Treasury Oversight and the Trouble Stopper spears, which are signature weapons the above characters.
Prayer of the Chronicles
Informants suggest that this banner in patch 4.8 may be dedicated to Li Yue, so we will see the following characters in it: Shen He (Cryo, spear), Gan Yu (Cryo, bow), Hu Tao (Pyro, spear), Ye Lan ( Hydro, bow), Ke Qing (Electric, one-handed sword), Qi Qi (Cryo, one-handed sword).
New locations
According to available information, the developers will continue the tradition of adding temporary locations in the X.8 patches, so you should expect the appearance of a new region in the game, which will be called “Fairytale Forest” from three large areas.
