In Genshin Impact5.3 There are quite a few characters to chat with during the 2025 Sea Lantern Festival, and you can learn new interesting information or listen to funny dialogues. Where to Find Characters during the 2025 Sea Lantern Festival
The first thing you will need to do is complete the event's story mission called “Liyue Celebrates, and the Eight Great Ones Confront the Secret Calamity”. Only then will you be able to start looking for old acquaintances in Liyue Harbor.
Note that this time you can find out in advance which characters can be found in the open world. To do this, go to the “Gift Envelopes” section on the event page, and then click the “Gift Envelope” button. The characters available for conversation will be shown here. We also advise you to whip up a few envelopes in advance so that you can gift them to your friends.
Thiori
You can find her at the edge of the northeastern pier, near the red arch and to the left of the tower. Choose the option to give an envelope and create a new one or give an already created gift. She will thank you and tell you who created this lantern. Plus, you will receive a new template.
Amber
She is on the top floor of the building opposite the Souvenir Shop. You will need to go up the spiral staircase. Amber is located near the Lucky Coin near the railing. Give her an envelope to unlock a new pattern and get a delicious fried tigerfish.
Eola
Move to the southern teleport of the city, and then run up to the toy store. To the right of it, near one of the shops, you will find Eola. Give her an envelope to unlock the template and get a cookie.
Tignari
From Eola, head east to the edge of the platform with the crane. Jump off it and glide to the pier where there are logs ready to be shipped. Among them, you will find Tignari. Give him an envelope to open a new template.
Saino
Move to the southern teleport of the city, and then go further south along the bridge. On the left near the tree you will see a general from Sumeru. Give him the envelope and listen to a funny dialogue. You will also unlock a new template.
