In Honkai: Star Rail Why were the people indignant? is a Mastery mission and part of the Cat Among the Pigeons quest line. How to start a quest
Note that it should start automatically immediately after completing the previous mission in the chain called “This Side of Paradise.” If this does not happen, then try logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login – the corresponding task should appear in the log.
How to collect ingredients for drinks
Talk to Siobhan and Gallagher. When the conversation ends, start searching for ingredients. Turn around and approach the light on the stage. Examine it for the recipe: All-in.
Then turn right and go to the table where Himeko is sitting. Examine the flickering object, which turns out to be a familiar drink. As a result, you will receive the recipe: Classic “Uslada”.
After this, you will hear a woman's voice demanding that you give her Siobhan. Ignore him for now – instead turn right again and approach the bar shown in the pictures below. Examine it for the recipe: Dream Syrup. Now you can approach Siobhan and listen to her conversation with Amiki.
Use the Clockwork Mechanism on Amiki
Interact with the girl sitting at the bar and select the “Try to read her emotions” option. Set her emoticon to “Anger” and click on the “Customize” button. Listen to her comments about the Iris clan. Then select the Delight emote to receive the Tickling Grape Soda recipe.
Open the emoticon face again and now select “Sadness”. Amiki finally decides to leave the bar. Listen to what Siobhan has to say and get the recipe: Eternal Fortitude.
Continue collecting ingredients for drinks
This task is optional, since in any case you will be able to make a cocktail, which, moreover, will not even be added to your inventory. If you still want to collect all the ingredients, then the last of them is on the bar counter located to the right of Siobhan.

When inspecting it, you can give 50 thousand credits, praise for high morality or a bag of garbage – choose any option, since you still get the recipe: A look into a bright future.
Ask Gallagher to prepare a drink
Now chat with Gallagher. He will ask you 3 questions about what to put in your drink. Your choice will determine which cocktail you will end up with:
- A long farewell – you need to combine the classic “Delight” with eternal resilience and the symbol of Hanu.
- Farewell, my love – you need to combine the classic “Uslada” with all-in and lemon mugs in the form of coins.
- Time to kill and create – you need to combine a tickling grape soda with an all-in and Hanu symbol.
- Ticket to the Graveyard – you need to pair a titillating grape soda with a look to a brighter future and a straw with concentric rings.
< li>Eldorado – you need to combine dream syrup with a look into a bright future and a straw with concentric rings.
You can choose any options, since again, this drink does not affect anything. Gallagher will tell you about Firefly and the Clockmaker anyway. As it turns out, this character is the source of all the anomalies in the Dream World. His name is Michael, and he is considered a traitor to the Family.
Go to the Clock Theme Park
After talking with Gallagher, you will automatically be transported to a new area and learn a brief history of Penaconia, and then get the achievement “A Drop of Strong”, which rewards you with 10 star jades. Run forward, climb the stairs and approach the quest marker.
You will need to discuss new information with Welt, Himeko and March 7. This will be the end of the task. As a reward, you will receive 600 mastery points, 80 star jades, 5 traveler's guides, 5 purified ether, 300 hour credits, 80 thousand credits and a music record.
