Rabotnichek v Kingdom Come Deliverance 2– one of the optional assignments that the hero can receive near the Vidlak pond from the hunter's wife, Zlata. In search of the lost man, you will have to wander through the local forests, fight wolves and deal with a gang of robbers. Walkthrough of the “Worker” quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
How to start the quest
The story of Voislav's search will begin after a conversation with his wife in their house, which is located northeast of Troskovitsa. You can stumble upon this place by chance, or use the marker of the hunter's house, obtained after completing the quest “Barbos”. Zlata is worried about her husband, who was delayed with the prey in the forest, and asks for help in the search.
Ask Vitek where the hunter is headed
Find Vitek and try to find out where his father can be found. You will find the boy himself at the shooting range behind the house, but he does not share his mother's concerns at all, so you will have to pass one of the persuasion tests or pay 20 groschen for information. However, even bribery will not convince the loving son to go with you, so you will have to search alone.
Find the hunter Voislav
Go north to the pond. Upon entering the location highlighted on the map, at some point you will hear screams – this is how the unlucky hunter will be found, surrounded by several wolves.
Get rid of the wolves and save the hunter
The game has an achievement called “Fasting”, to get which you need to avoid killing animals and eating meat. However, hand-to-hand combat does not increase the animal kill counter, which you can use if you plan to complete the game with this achievement.
When approaching the tree, you will be attacked. Once the pack is finished, examine the tree under which the animals were circling. A hunter has climbed onto one of the branches, and that is what they were waiting for. He will ask you to move away and, jumping off, will injure his leg. Talk to the man, who will ask you to drag him to a safe place in the hunting camp and pick up the horse that was left there.
At this point, you can take Voislav straight home, but this is the option with the lowest possible reward for the quest.
Drag the Hunter to his hideout
Having taken on this burden, you will have to successively carry the hunter to a fallen tree, an anthill and a birch. All comments from the passenger can be ignored, continuing to move north along the river – all interesting points are located in one direction and are marked with a quest marker. The last task will be to drag Voislav to a tree with a mark and a pile of stones. Having gone around a large stone, continue moving in the same direction – soon you will find a camp for a break. Place the hunter on the ground and he will ask for water.
Bring Voislav some water from the barrel
Take the wineskin and fill it from the barrel by the tree, then approach the hunter and the conversation will continue. The man will send you to look for the stolen horse, promising a crossbow as a reward.
Track down Voislav's horse – Pepik
The hunter's camp is on the northern bend of the road, from here the tracks lead to the southeast. You can follow the arrow on the compass, following the kidnappers' trail, or just go straight along the road to the robbers' hideout.
Getting rid of the wild thieves
To make things easier, you can wait until it gets dark – two of the five bandits go to sleep near the fire after 23:00, which will allow you to quietly eliminate their partners. If you want to completely clean out the lair of the wild thieves, it is important to take the treasure map from the body of one of the enemies, as well as the keys to the chests.
One of the chests is located right in the center of the camp next to the barrels, and the other two are hidden in a cave behind the fire – the entrance to it is located behind the door between the stones. Among other valuables, you will also find an old hunting crossbow, which Voislav mentioned.
You can also simply steal a horse by climbing on its back and galloping away. In this case, you will lose the loot from the camp and from the bodies of defeated enemies.

Bring Pepik to Voislav
Saddle your horse and set off on the way back to the hunter's camp. You need to bring the animal close to the man, who, of course, will be happy with your success. Discuss what happened and go home with Voislav – by automatic movement or on your own.
Final and receiving the reward
Having reached the house, take part in a short dialogue.
In a family dispute, you can choose the top option “Drunkenness has nothing to do with it” as the most neutral and does not cause a loss of reputation.
After the dialogue is over, you will receive one of the possible rewards:
- 80 groschen if all the bandits are killed and Pipek is saved (and bonus loot from the thieves' den).
- 45 groschen if the horse dies or the poachers survive.
- 25 groschen if after meeting the hunter you immediately take him home.
This completes the “Worker” quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, but Voislav is ready to offer the next task – “Bird of Prey”.
