Released in the summer of 2024, Zenless Zone Zero is currently the most recent game project of the Chinese studio HoYoverse. The world of ZZZ is not lacking in a unique setting and mechanics, sometimes requiring an explanation brigade. If you are just starting your journey through this amazing world, you may find it difficult to understand its basics.
In this guide, we have collected the most important tips and tricks that will help you adapt faster and enjoy the gameplay in Zenless Zone Zero to the fullest. We will consider the key aspects, and then present the necessary tools for a successful start in ZZZ.
Basics and useful tips for beginners in Zenless Zone Zero
The main goal of this article is to form a complete understanding of the world and game system of Zenless Zone Zero. We will start with a detailed analysis, and end with useful features that anyone should keep in mind, regardless of whether you are an experienced gamer or just taking your first steps in ZZZ.
Setting
The story of ZZZ takes place in New Eris – a dynamic, vibrant and multi-layered metropolis built on the ruins of a post-apocalyptic world. Humanity, including humans, anthropomorphic and mechanical creatures (tirens, they, cyborgs, etc.), once survived the attack of unknown monsters (ethereals), who invaded the planet through chaotically appearing anomalous spaces (caverns).
The population of New Eridu learned to put up with the threat, using etheric energy for survival, and cavernshave become objects of research and sources of income. Most civilians are not resistant to ether and, once in the cavern, risk becoming infected and mutating irreversibly. Of the intelligent beings in the cavern, you can only encounter raiders (members of game factions or bandits), proxies (private guides using reprogrammed banbas to move around the cavern), and HIA workers (licensed cavern researchers).
In the introduction, we make a choice between Wise and Belle (playable characters who do not participate in combat missions) — a brother and sister who jointly run a small video rental store called “Random Play” and secretly provide proxy services under the pseudonym “Phaeton”. The heroes will have to get acquainted with many factions and understand the reasons for the past catastrophe, behind which there may be much more dangerous individuals than the unreasonable etherials.
Banbu, which look like rabbits, are found all over New Erid. These semi-intelligent devices were created by the authorities to assist in evacuating caverns, but over time they have come to be used for everyday tasks as well. The little ones still assist cavern explorers, but they must have official permission to do so. However, such government control does not prevent proxies savvy in setting up banbu from repairing or reprogramming the rabbits to suit their needs (illegally, of course).
Game Interface
The player has two main work areas: the main menu and open movement in the world. Let's figure out where and why you need to click here.
Main menu (Esc on PC)
The main menu of ZZZ is visually divided into 4 sections:
- Top panel (left: profile avatar, experience bar and reputation level → chat icon with friends; right: energy reserves → denny → polychromes);
- Bottom panel (from left to right: news and tools → settings → mail → game chat with agents and NPCs → notepad with dailies and other available activities → achievements → internet tab → inventory → list and leveling of agents → game store → BP → section with all banners);
- Active events feed in the right half of the screen;
- Changing the splash screen in the lower left corner of the screen.
The main functionality of the main menu will be unlocked by the quest “Cat's Loss”.
Open movement in the world
In ZZZ there is no seamless open world, and entrances, exits and other movements on the map are separated by a loading window. You can control characters in two types of locations:
- Safe spaces (where attack skills are blocked and there are no enemies);
- Combat zones (maps with enemies, to study which you need to form a squad).
At the release of the game, regular exploration of the world was only available for the selected proxy, a little later they added a second GG and several event heroes. And starting with version 1.4, you can run around the map for any knocked out agent.
Most of the introductory locations and must-see places will be opened closer to the end of the mission “Chapter 1: Interlude”.
Factions and characters
The topic of factions and squad formation is covered in more detail in our separate guide.
From the start of the game, the list of agents is replenished with each update. All heroes can be divided into three parameters:
- Faction;
- Anomaly attribute (element);
- Specialty (role in the squad).
The relationship between these parameters is not just a convention or part of the characteristics, but a tool for strengthening the pack. Understanding all sorts of combinations when building a squad, you can activate additional abilities with a unique buff for each character.
When grouping a squad, pay attention to the smiley to the left of the agent's name – if it is yellow, then from 1 to 3 buffs are applied to the team. Details of all active bonuses are shown by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of the screen. If the emoji has a neutral expression, it means that the agent has no synergy with other squad members, and it makes sense to change it to a more suitable unit.
There are currently 8 known factions in the game
, but in the future this list may be replenished not only with new associations, but also with the composition of existing ones. To make it easier to navigate, we will list their names and logos:Faction name | Emblem |

If you have at least two agents of the same faction in your squad, you will automatically receive a special boost that is individual for each character.
Combat System
You can read about all the nuances of the ZZZ combat system in detail in our separate guide.
ZZZ has a multi-layered combat system built on a combination of attacks, dodges, and combo chains. Your squad can consist of a maximum of three agents + banbu. Each enemy, in addition to health, has a “stamina” scale (and while it is full, it is much harder to reduce the enemy's HP) – by breaking through it, and then hitting the stunned enemy with a heavy attack, you will launch a squad combo. To make the most of your agents' abilities, take into account their specialty:
- «Attack» — damage dealers that deal direct damage with each hit;
- «Anomaly» — primary or secondary damage dealers that accumulate the status of their element when hitting the enemy until its value reaches 100% and deal huge point damage;
- «Intimidation» — sub-DDs, all damage of which is aimed at stunning the enemy;
- «Support» — supports that strengthen their teammates to one degree or another;
- «Defense» — tanks or shielders, ensuring the survivability of the squad.
Agents have two scales at once, one of which accumulates energy for E, and the second (decibels) — for the ultimate. Before version 1.4, the ultimate was accumulated for the entire squad, but was pressed only for one. At the moment, this skill is accumulated for each ally separately.
Banner system
You can follow the current and upcoming event banners of agents and amplifiers using our separate guide.
Banner spins with characters, which in ZZZ are called “Signal Search“, are opened during the introductory storyline “Prologue: Business, Oddities and Justice”. Among them are:
- Dedicated Channel – an event banner of an S-rank agent;
- Amplification – an event banner with a signature weapon of a limited agent of the current phase;
- Stable Channel— a permanent banner with standard agents, which counts the statistics of your spins from the newbie banner;
- Banbu Channel — a permanent banner with helper rabbits, which can only be spun for a separate currency (banbulets);
You can exchange game currency (polychromes) for two types of spins: event “Cipher Copies” and standard “Master Copies”. For one of them, you will have to pay 160 polychromes.
Initially, all banners have a 50/50 chance of dropping, and only then 100% (if you got an agent not declared in the banner), but the number of spins to the guarantee is slightly different:
- In the standard, you will 100% get S-rank on the 80th spin;
- And you can spend up to 90 cipher copies on event banners.
Taking an example from Honkai: Star Rail, the developers made a small gift for 300 spins in the standard banner – “Agent of your choice” (you can get any standard S-rank hero).
Banbu
Our platform has separate, detailed guides on Banbu and Banbulets.
As mentioned above, the banner with banbu is rotated for a separate currency – banbulets. You can't buy them for polychromes, but the authors quite generously give out these spins from various temporary events, as well as permanent modes (for example, Zero Cave). The difference between the Banbu banner and the others is that you can select the desired rabbit (by clicking the “Select S-rank Banbu” button in the lower right corner of the banner) and 100% get it, while giving up to 80 spins (1 banbulet = 1 spin).
Little helpers can be pumped separately in the Turbo workshopon Sixth Street – this feature is unlocked as you complete the mission “Chapter 1: Sideshow”. You can also earn Banbulets by leveling up your Banbu.
Exploring the World
To navigate the world of New Eris more easily, use the District Map (English key “M” on PC). On it you can choose:
- Available locations (by moving the logos in the center of the map left and right);
- Key points within the selected destination (on the panel below).
Pay attention to the dark bar with the inscription “EMPTY” – it displays random encounters with agents, available quests and even hints to Meowchel's requests (if you click on the tab).
You can freely adjust the time of day (English key “T” on PC) to bring the date of the appointed meeting with the agent closer or find activities that are not in the current time period. In this tab there is also character selection, for whom you want to run around the map – after version 1.4, you can choose from any knocked out agents.
“Random Play” is a personal proxy abode, which can only be walked by a brother or sister. And here, physically, most of the game systems are located:
- 1st floor: video rental management counter; video archive, diary, HDD, work corner with reference materials and agent training – all in the staff room; emergency exit to the parking lot;
- 2nd floor: Weisz and Belle's rooms, the proxy you choose has a functional bed, a cabinet for figurines, a board with memorable photos and a music player.
Exploring any location can be in to some extent related to the following activities:
- Mini-trucks with rewards;
- Inspector Meowchel's tasks;
- AIC coins;
- Search for video rental tapes;
- Random and scheduled meetings with agents;
The guides attached to the items above contain all the detailed information about regular events that occur in almost any location. By completing them, you will receive more polychromes, resources, special rewards and achievements.
Proxy Room
There is also a place for amateurs in the game collect memorable items. For this purpose, the following are intended:
- A rack with figurines near the bed;
- A memorable album(Photo Board).
They are located in the room of your chosen proxy on the 2nd floor of “Random Play”. Both areas can be customized in detail to your taste. The figurines are purchased at the San-Z Studio store in Lumina Square, and the photos drop when completing the story, side quests, events, and exploring the Zero Cave.
Internot
In a separate guide, we explained what the Internot is for and how to level it up.
Internot is a global social network in the ZZZ setting. At the beginning of the story, by coincidence, the main character we chose decides to create an account separate from Phaeton to provide proxy services. Thus, the level of Internetnot becomes equivalent to the rank of our account. As in other HoYoverse games, upon reaching a certain level, you need to complete a quest to increase your reputation, after which the “world level rises” and, as a result: the difficulty of opponents, the number and rarity of rewards received.
By clicking on the tab of the same name, you get to a three-page section, which contains:
- Diary with active quests;
- «Notifications» in the format of a post feed – a kind of archive with completed and not yet activated tasks;
- «Internot Level» – a list of levels and corresponding rewards, as well as intermediate phases of ascension;
This section is opened by the English hotkey «E» (if you play on PC), the gray planet icon in the lower right corner of the screen (while controlling the character in safe locations) and on the bottom panel in the main menu.
In-game shops
24 Hour
The main store, where you can spend polychromes, cashback from spins and your hard-earned money, is located in the main menu under the “24 Hour” icon. All donation offers are also highlighted here. The “Signal Register” is a key section of the store, especially for F2P players. You can spend the following types of cashback in it:
- Signal Echoes – issued for receiving A and S agents/weapons from any banners. Can be spent on buying spins (price: 20 units), standard S-rank amplifiers (price: 600 units) and const for epic agents (price: 140 units, offer is updated every month);
- Signal Reverb — issued for B-rank drop from banners. Can be spent on spins (price: 90 units, 5 event and standard ones once a month) and in-game resources;
- Banbucoins — cashback from the banbu banner. Once a month, you can use it to buy banbulets with a 50% discount (= 20 units) and unlimited after the end of the promotion – for 40 units. The section also contains offers for purchasing epic replays, materials for pumping rabbits and denny.
Reedu Foundation Gifts
Reedu Foundation — the name of the local battle pass, and it naturally has a paid subscription. For a donation of ~ from $8 to $17 (899 rubles for the advanced plan and 1790 rubles for the premium) you will receive an additional amount of rewards for levels and Foundation tasks. Having gained experience in the BP to level 30, you will be given a Great Builder's Certificate — it can be exchanged for one of the epic amplifiers indicated in the screenshot above.
Supply Station
For completing such game modes as Zero Caverna, Shiyu Defense, and Merciless Hunt on Scott Post, you are given separate resources for purchases at the Supply Station. In Casper's shop, you can spend:
- Merits in Zero – this cashback is needed to purchase limited-quantity master copies, banbulets, and remains storage (they can be exchanged for the selected resource from the boss), the offer for which is updated every month. Standard A-rank resources and denny are also purchased here;
- Research Merits — cashback for the “Association Supplies” section. It can also be exchanged for banbulets, as well as valuable items for crafting and choosing drive disc stats in the “Bard's Needle”.
San-Z Studio
The Collector's Shop can be opened after completing the city quest “Denny is not accepted here».
San-Z Studio— is a collectibles shop in Lumina Square run by DJ B. Here you can buy designer Banbu figurines in different looks, and later display them on the rack in the proxy room. The currency for this shop is the Inspiration Pack, usually given out from events and Bingo Reed (“F2”, section with a star under the dailies scale).
Kiosk “141”
Don't forget about the shop “141”, which can be found in many large locations of New Eridu. It is run by three enterprising Banbu, who are ready to for a day sell you various C, B, and A rank materials, as well as canned goods for treating Blot.
Character Development
The basic parameters panel (the first of three in the details of any character) displays the name, rarity and faction logo. The agent's level, element and specialty are also visible here. The default stats that are a priority for the selected hero are highlighted on the stats panel.
Next tab skills:
- Those marked with letters from A to F are aptitudes (passives). To upgrade them, you need resources from weekly bosses in the “Ruthless Hunt” and smaller enemies in the “Expert Challenge”, as well as a lot (!!) of denny;
- Below the aptitudes are buttons for improving active skills: basic attack → evasion → assistance → special attack → chain attacks (+ults). To upgrade them, you only need elemental chips that match the agent's anomaly attribute.
Skill leveling has a development threshold that can only be overcome after advancing the agent's level (for example, for the “B” passive, the hero must be at least level 25).
Note that when you click on the ability, two more buttons appear in the lower left corner of the screen: “Development Tips” and “Coordination Training“. The first shows the best order for skill leveling, and the second switches to VR mode to hone the technique.
When you click on the animated CINEMA icon, a section with the activation of const (eidos) will open – Mental picture. On the left panel there are sliders of six levels, which blink if you have a copy corresponding to the number. By moving the sliders, you only change the color palette of the image – this is a purely decorative element, you do not disable the functionality of the const in this way.
As in other gachas of the developers, eidoses in ZZZ can only be obtained from banners, in events or for cashback in the “Registry of signals”.
By clicking on the plates with the names on the portrait, you can read the description of the eidoses, and if you move the slider in the lower left corner of the screen to “off” – all unnecessary elements from the agent's picture will disappear (the setting is saved even when changing the agent, until you return it to “on” or completely exit the list of characters).
Drive disks
All the nuances of obtaining and upgrading drive disks are described in our separate guide.
«Equipment» is the last tab in the character development menu, designed for equipping enhancing artifacts and weapons. In the center is a slot for an amplifier, and on the edges – for drive discs. These enhancements can be obtained in two ways:
- By choosing the “Regular Clearing” challenge from Roland (Post Scott);
- By performing intonation (crafting) from Elfie in “The Bard's Needle” (Sixth Street).
Both methods are unlocked at the beginning of the “Chapter 2: Interlude” storyline.
Amplifiers (weapons)
You can read more about obtaining and upgrading amplifiers in our separate guide.
The local type of weapon – amplifiers – are created by analogy with gachapons from vending machines and look like animated mechanical balls. To purchase them inside the game world, there is a separate currency “Amplifier Chip“, which can be spent in the “Toy Store” on Sixth Street. And yet, the main way to get weapons is through banners (B, A and S-ranked ones drop from all banners, but from the Banbu channel no higher than B).
All agents have their own signature balls, and their equipment adds exclusive image effects during combat (for example, glowing hair tips). Such cosmetics do not work on other characters. Also remember that the amplifier and agent specialty must be the same, otherwise only the basic parameters will work from the useful ones in the weapon.
If you recycle unnecessary amplifiers yourself, you can get a resource from them to increase weapon levels.
Materials for leveling up agents and banbu
For those who are just starting their journey in ZZZ, the purpose of many resources for pumping may be unclear, so above we have made a screenshot with their description. All resources are stored in the Warehouse (inventory, opened by the English key “B” or through the main menu) and are divided into 4 rarity groups: C, B, A and S.
For pumping agents:
- Chips with the icon of any anomaly (element) are needed to pump attack skills;
- Magazines in the form of a tape player allow you to level up your character;
- Square tokens with specialty logos are used to level up your agent.
To level up weapons:
- Round components in the form of a cassette with a specialty logo are used to level up weapons;
- Batteries, power supplies, and energy modules of the amplifier — to level up combat balls.
To level up banbu:
- Rabbit-head-shaped widgets are also needed to level up, but only for Banbu;
- And the soda can-shaped electrolytes with a waving rabbit are needed to overcome the Banbu maximum level threshold.
To upgrade drive discs:
- Multicolored master discs are used for crafting in the “Bard's Needle”, the number of them determines how many items you can create at a time;
- Calibratorsallow you to select the desired drive disk characteristic when crafting;
- Cases with coatingsfill experience points into drive disks.
Materials can be synthesized(to a higher rarity) and disassembled(from high to low) if necessary.
Relations with agents
Don't forget about leveling up friendship with each of the agents, which opens after receiving the hero on the account. It can be pumped through random encounters in the world and scheduled invitations through Knock Knock (contacts tab; no more than three different calls per day). Here's what such events give:
- For each friendship level, you get a small amount of polychromes (total 80 at maximum), denny, and agent anomaly chips;
- At the [friendship] level, you will be given the Conformity badge – if you take an agent to the Zero Cave, there is a chance to activate the event and a temporary buff;
- At the [trust] level, a wallpaper with an agent is unlocked, which can be set as the main menu screensaver.
Try to read what you choose to say to the agent during any meetings – among them there are answers that can either give bonuses to relations or slightly lower them. Well, if your friendship is at its maximum, it will not be possible to spoil it.
Some agents added to the game still do not have relationship development – this is due to the plot or incomplete disclosure of the faction.
Daily activities
The hotkey “F2” opens the Notepad tab (this icon is pinned in the world on the panel in the upper right corner, as well as in the main menu) – here activities are displayed, divided into 5 sections:
- Goals— an analogue of the experience guide in Genshin Impact, dividing the account development process into tasks;
- Diary— a tab with dailies and Bingo Reed, updated every day;
- Training— a general section with hyperlinks to challenges in the AIC Club and at Scott's Post (drive discs);
- Battle— all combat challenges are collected here, including the Merciless Hunt, endgame content and AIC Courses;
- Tactics is a section of guides that aims to provide practical training in the combat system for a pleasant reward.
Don't forget about managing the family proxy business, carried out through the counter on the first floor of “Random Play” – this way you can get a small but pleasant daily income of denny and other rewards (depending on the chosen promoter).
We will separately highlight newsstandsHaula (Sixth Street) and Eva (Lumina Square) – here you can try your luck on a lottery ticket every day. Rewards are not given out randomly, but according to the following principle:
- On the third, eighth, fifteenth, twentieth and twenty-seventh day of entering the game, you will get polychromes in the amount of 20 to 100 units of winnings;
- On other days, you will be given denny from 2888 to 12888 coins.
Battle Pass
Completing daily and weekly activities counts towards the Reedu Foundation Battle Pass experience. The BP period is equal to the duration of the current update and expires approximately one day before the release of the new patch. To collect all the special rewards, you will have to reach level 50, and everything above it is rewarded only with denny. Among the free plan rewards, the standard spins (every 10 levels) are especially valuable.), Banbulets and batteries for replenishing energy. As a reward, you are also given materials for upgrading agents, weapons and Banbu.
World Tasks
Launched quests are displayed in Diary, and before that you can stumble upon them while exploring the world, chats in Tuk-Tuk and posts on the Internet. The tasks can be roughly divided into three types:
- Those that are completed without diving into caverns (for example, marked [city] or [trust]);
- Those for which you need to use the HDD (Combat, Research, Puzzles, etc.);
- Combined tasks, which are often events (marked [event])
To collect rewards not found during the first passage in some “blue” HDD quests, you can use Fairy-autopilot (the second screenshot above shows where the function is).
Video archive
In the general guide, we have collected all the agent stories with the process of their passage.
Another source of quests is the video archivein the staff room on the 1st floor of “Random Play”. All story chapters (“The Chronicles of Phaeton” is a story involving a proxy, and “Special Edition” is one without a brother and sister) and personal stories of agents are placed here. To complete them, you do not need to knock out a specific character, and in the process you can earn polychromes, achievements and collectibles.
Events
You can go to the active events of the current patch by clicking on the Events feed in the main menu or through the icon to which the hotkey «F1 is bound. Temporary events disappear after the expiration of the term, the largest of them are placed in the archive «Reedu Chronicles» (they can be completed over time, but without limited rewards) — to proceed, move the slider above the list of events to the right.
Battle modes
It remains to briefly analyze the local endgame content, similar to the Abyss in Genshin Impact or the Virtual Universe in HSR.
Shiyu Defense
The “Shiyu Defense” combat operations open approximately halfway through the “Call from the Depths of the Cavern?..” story quest and are divided by color:
- Red “Critical Node” – updated content available during the current patch;
- Blue “Stable Node” (10 stages) and “Discord Node” (8 stages) – permanent content with a one-time completion, appearing as the story progresses.
The “Research Merit” earned in Shiyu can be spent at Supply Stations, and clearing nodes not only brings quite a lot of polychromes, but also counts towards the progress of Ray's handbook (standing opposite the table with the laptop).
Zero Cavity
We approach the Zero Cave during “Chapter 1: Interlude” – this game mode also has a storyline and partly introduces the proxy to the composition of the “Section 6” squad. In terms of meaning, the Zero Cave is a roguelike and is quite similar to the Virtual Universe in HSR:
- There is an introduction and three zones, the main bosses of which correspond to those we see in the plot;
- As you progress, you collect “Crystals of Decay.” These resources must be spent on “Battle Strategy” – a kind of tree of pumping the mode, opening up many power-ups;
- Each zone begins with exploration in the format of TVs, and on the way to the boss, you will find neutral events, intermediate battles and the purchase of power-ups;
- Once you've completed the purple stages, you'll unlock the Withering Garden and Hell's Harvest, the final zones of increased difficulty where you don't have to run on TVs and can activate previously collected power-up assemblies;
In the Zero Cave, you can complete Prize Orders for research points – the rewards issued for them motivate the player to return to combat mode once a week. For experience points, you simultaneously close the License Level – a list of 90 tickets, each of which has a valuable reward attached.
VR Tower
And finally, the VR Tower is one of the newest game modes, located in the AIK Club. This virtual combat test is played out as an endless climb through the tiers. For the first 15 floors, the player receives polychromes, crafting materials and denny, and everything above is a test for more skilled players, so you don’t get game currency for it. But you will be able to open honorary medals, which will be displayed in your profile.
The “Academy of Agents” reference book also belongs to the VR category (the device is opposite the video archive in “Random Play”) is a list of training and test battles for specific heroes, pinned in the Notepad under the “Tactics” section. If you are critically short of polychromes, it makes sense to look here.
Important tips for ZZZ beginners
So, we're done with the basics, and now let's move on to practical advice. There aren't many of them, but you certainly won't be disappointed when you use them. We'll cover the most important processes: energy distribution, increasing the combat potential of agents, and obtaining polychromes.
How to spend energy more profitably
All modes that require energy are located under the “Training” section in the “F2” Notepad.
You have 240 units of battery charge at your disposal every day – this value can be increased by ether batteries, an energy reserve (all excess is accumulated in the battery up to 2400 units) and any drink in the “Koff-cafe”. This means that you can have at least 300-320 energy points per day, where is it better to spend them?
The first option for using energy is to use the bonus from the drink in the “Koff-cafe“. Once a day, you can activate double rewardsfor combat simulation in the AIC Club, having previously checked which of your agents needs to be leveled up, have skills or weapons upgraded (the bonus is given only for resources related to the specialty or anomaly attribute). During the week, the cafe's assortment changes, and only on Sunday are all drinks available.
On the way, you can drop by the “Soup Waterfall” – here they sell boosts, the effect of which lasts for three fights. If you can't close the same Defense or VR tower, you should visit Chop for a rich soup.
You also need energy for “Expert Challenge” — a test in the AIC Club, the materials from which go to pumping passive inclinations (skills with letters), and “Regular cleanup” (test with drive disks at the Scott post).
There are many advantages to regularly spending energy, but the most important one is accelerating the pumping of proxy reputation. After all, even spending 240 daily, you get at least 2400 experience units. And the higher the rank, the more interesting content you discover for yourself.
How to earn more polychromes
It is clear that the game gives us polychromes from quests, events and updated modes. But even knowing this, you can overlook the most obvious sources of game currency and spins. Below we list the tips that we think are important:
- Purposefully explore locations at different times of the day, because the same quests and assignments of Meowchel can only be active during a certain period of time;
- Talk to NPCs with gray dialogue icons hanging over them – sometimes this leads to a whole chain of quests;
- Complete achievements in the Godfinger gaming club on Sixth Street – this way you can not only have fun, but also unlock many valuable achievements and titles to decorate your profile;
- Use all invitations and develop relationships even with those agents you do not play as. This is not a quick process, because you can only communicate with three heroes per day, but random encounters also pump up friendship – look through the map and look for icons of the agents you are interested in at the bottom, indicating their presence in the location. For the highest position of each character, you get 80 polychromes (ideally, you can become friends with three agents in 3 real days), and if you have more than one or two of them, the amount of rewards will be much higher;
- Download agents you don't need at least until they reach level 40 – this is +2 standard master copies;
- Complete training from the Tactics section (+330 polychromes) and in the “Academy of Agents” (10 for each battle, the number of which increases with the appearance of new characters);
- Clear the HDD by 100%, including the “Hard” mode – it opens after the full completion of each story chapter and is also rewarded with polychromes;
- If you just started playing and are unhappy with the starting characters, try creating a new account – we wrote about the topic of rerolling in a separate guide. It is worth noting that rerolling an account in ZZZ is much easier, because the spins open quickly due to the skip function, and beginners are given a lot of rewards at the start.
We hope that our guide will be useful for both beginners and more experienced players of Zenless Zone Zero!
