The Dendro Monument puzzles in Genshin Impact are one of many ways to get primogems and Dendro printing in Sumeru. Also, totems can be useful in quests and open additional passages and locations. In the guide, we will consider all such puzzles, their location and solution.

How to solve puzzles with Dendro totems
To activate Dendro totems, you will need a character of the corresponding element. The easiest ways to get it are to resonate with the Archon Statue in Sumeru using the main character, or go through the 4th floor of the Twisted Abyss and get Dendro Archer Kollea.
Sometimes, if at the right time your squad did not have a Dendro character, you can find dendrogranums near the puzzle. Take them with a character of any element and hit the totem with a charged attack to activate it.
Where to find puzzles with Dendro monuments
On the map below, we marked all the places with puzzles of this type – all of them 30.
Dendro Monuments near Under the Shade of the Umbrella Dungeon
Teleport to the forest Motiima, to the northernmost teleport, and run east. You will reach a closed dungeon surrounded by totems.
Take the dendrogranums and destroy the sealed stone that hides one of the monuments.
The picture below shows the order in which you need to activate the totems to open the dungeon. You will also get a regular chest.
Dendro monuments in the northeast of Mochiima forest
From the same teleport fly east to a mushroom with a locked chest. There is one broken totem here, surrounded by enemies. Defeat your opponents and play the Song of Resurrection on the ancient lyre. Activate the totem and open a regular chest.
Dendro monuments in the east of Mochiima Forest
Travel to one of the teleports on west and fly back to the location shown in the screenshot below.
Activate 4 monuments: 2 by the trees and 2 by the rocks. You will receive a regular chest. Interestingly, for it you will get 3 Geo seals, and not Dendro.
Dendro Monuments in the southeast of Mochiima Forest
Run away from the previous location south towards the lake. Activate 3 totems and get another chest with Geo Seals.
Dendro monuments in the east of Chatrakam cave
From the teleport go down to the northwest. Pick up the branched stone with Dendro, take the grenades and shoot the sealed stone on the other side of the river. The first monument will open for you, the second one is a little to the south.
The reward is a rich chest. There are dangerous mushrooms next to it, we advise you to burn them immediately so as not to take damage.
Dendro monuments in the western slope of Gandha
Run from the teleport indicated on the screenshot on the way north. Find a broken totem in the tent.
Play the Ancient Lyre Song of Rebirth and activate the monument – get a normal chest.
Dendro monuments in the north of the Chatrakam cave
From the teleport, go down towards the Alcazar-shed, to the very foot of the waterfall. Take the dendrogranums, activate 3 totems (one is protected by a sealed stone) and get an amazing chest with a Steel Plug blueprint.

There is another one on the other side of the cave mystery. Now run northwest from the teleporter and go down the waterfall.
When you reach the open space, climb up the four-leaf symbols. You will see the first monument right there, the next – to the east. One of them is broken, so use an old lyre.
The last monument is next to the teleport that opens after solving this puzzle. You will also receive a normal chest as a reward.
Dendro monuments to the south -east of Vanarana
From the teleport, run west to the cave entrance. Inside, you will need to eliminate the Wither zone. The dendrogranums are on the top level, we showed the flowers of Withering below.
Activating the monument will lower the water level, allow you to destroy the last Wither Flower, find the Claustro Flower, and enter Araminali's home. We have covered this puzzle in more detail in a separate guide.
Dendro monuments in the north of Ashwatthi Temple
Teleport to the mountain and run north to the ruins. Here you need to activate the monuments in a certain order: the closest one to you, the next one, the third one in the bushes behind the ruins, further in order in the screenshot.
The reward is a precious chest.
The Dendro Monuments in the south of Chinvat Gorge< /h3>
From the teleporter, go down to the foot of the waterfall. Take the dendrogranums, break the sealed stone and activate the totem for a normal chest.
Dendro monuments in Vanaran of the past
Move to the underground teleport and fly down. Immediately head north so you don't miss the cave with the trilakshana seed.
When a seed flies to an invisible blue object, electrocute it to spawn a plant that can be activate.
Run forward, deal with the slimes and ghosts, and activate the monument.
Move back to the teleporter and fly to the opposite cave. Here you will find a reward – an amazing chest with a drawing “Weave length”.
Dendro Monuments at the Fragment of Children's Dreams
First, flush the Ashwattha Temple – on how to do this, we have a separate guide. From the teleporter, run southeast and enter the ruins.
Pick up the rock with the Dendro and take the Dendrogranums. Turn around and break the sealed stone, then activate the monument.
Open the sealed passage, run forward, taking the dendrogranums beforehand. Turn around at the pillar, break the stone with the seal and activate the second totem.
The third totem can be seen through the archway. After activating it, climb the wall.
Jump down and head towards the Dendro barrier. Go around it on the left and go into the room with the last monument.
After activating all the totems, turn on the mechanism (the game will point to it itself) and take the rich chest below.
Dendro monuments in the north of PardisDhyay
From the teleport, fly to the northeast and go down into the cave. Run forward, climb up with jumping mushrooms.
Before reaching the Dendro barrier, grab the granums from the left and run to the right.
Deal with the Treasure Thieves and free the fairy from the wooden cage. She will lead you to the monument, and it will open. After activating the totem, the barrier will disappear and you can pick up a regular chest.
Now fly forward and to the right. Take the dendrogranum, destroy the sealed stone, activate the monument. It will open a passage for you to the room where the fairy was locked.
Dendro monuments in the south of the Yazadakh pond
From the teleport go down to the water. Here you will see 3 molders at the stone hollow. Get rid of them and play the Song of the Dark Path on the ancient lyre to get inside.
Jump on the mushroom to fly to the dendrogranums. Use them to destroy 3 stones and activate 3 monuments. A rich chest will immediately unlock.
Pardis Dhyai's Seed Mirror
Teleport to the mountain north of Pardis Dhyai and turn south. Activate 4 monuments to open the barrier and climb the tower.
Dendro monuments near Dark Valley
Teleport to the dungeon. Here is a fairly simple puzzle: activate the Dendro monuments in the order indicated on the walls.
The first totem is to the left of the entrance (one symbol on the wall).
The second one is directly opposite the dungeon (two characters).
The third one is to the right of the entrance.
The fourth is opposite the third.
The reward for solving is a regular chest.
Dendro monuments in the south of the thicket Apam
The location becomes available after the quest “Prayer for rain on fertile land”. Teleport to the cave.
Run forward and take the Dendrogranums. A little further you will see a monument. Activate it.
Follow the green light from the emblem that appears. Play the song of the sprout and awaken a healthy dendrogranum. Take it, go back and shoot the emblem. This will open the passage to the Sun and Rain Coordinates dungeon.
Now move to the ground teleporter to the east. Fly south from it.
Take the dendrogranums, activate 3 totems (one hidden in the dendro stone) and open a regular chest.
Further southeast, on the other side of the river, you will come across another puzzle. Play the Song of the Dark Path at the stone hollow and enter it. Deal with a bunch of molders to unlock the bottom totem. Dendrogranums can be found to the right of the entrance.
Another monument is hidden behind a rock at the top.
The last totem can be opened by sending a dendrogranum to the emblem next to it.
For this riddle you will receive a rich chest.
Dendro monuments in the west of Mount Devantaki
From the Statue of the Archons, go down to the other side of the river. Here you will see 2 regular monuments, and the third one will be blocked and surrounded by mould. Deal with them to open the totem and get a regular chest.
Dendro monuments near Vimara Village
From the mountain to the south of the village, go down to the east. Activate the monuments on the left and right to unlock the central one. As a result, you will get a normal chest.
There is another puzzle to the east of the village. Here you can’t do without Dendro Archer: you need to stand exactly between the three monuments so that they are all unlocked, and activate them from this position. The reward is a regular chest.
Dendro monuments on Mount Devantaki
From the northern teleporter in the location, go down to the south. First, activate the totem closer to the water, then the second. As a reward, we get a regular chest.
Another puzzle in the area is underground. From the teleporter, fly southeast around the stone pillar.
Land at the monuments. First activate the one that is closer to the cliff. The second is in the opposite corner, the third is next to the rishboland tiger, the fourth is the remaining one. The reward is a regular chest.
The last puzzle in this region is on a hill, northeast of the teleporter. First, activate the monument to the right of the rich chest, deal with the Cryoslimes, after interacting with the second totem, defeat another wave of enemies and collect the reward.
Dendro totem behind the vines under the “Children's Dream Fragment”
This riddle awaits you in a location available during and after completing the Legends of the Stone Castle quest. The entrance to the cave is located in the west of the mountain near Pardis Dhyai.
Fly down until you see the entrance to the ruins. Turn left from the cage and run into another cave. Keep right until you reach a huge room.
Fly down, then run towards the Childhood Dream Fragment dungeon. On the way you will see the Dendro monument. Activating it will remove the vine and open a passage to the Wither Zone.
Next, let's look at some of the monuments that you will need to interact with during the quests.
Nursery of Dreams, Chapter of the Starry Night
During the quest, you will enter the Gandharva area. The quest will prompt you to use Kusava to open a path. Equip it from your inventory and use it on the broken totem. Activate it and run into the cave.
In the cave itself you will find 2 totems needed to lower the water level. A fairy will lead you to them.
Another monument must be activated to exit the cave.

In the next cave you will find 2 more monuments – quest markers will point you to them.
Rising Moon
In this quest, you will need Kusava again. Follow the quest marker to find the sealed Dendro stone and the fairy. Use Kusava to open the monument and activate it to unlock the passage.
Go left, behind another fairy. Activate 3 totems here to open a normal chest.
Run further, breaking the sealed rocks along the way. A monument is hidden in one of them.
Proceeding further along the quest, you will reach a room with automatons and a sealed stone with a monument.
Finally, you will need to activate the last totem in order to get to the leopard flower.
