You will encounter Scar during the main quest “Ominous Star” when you hear strange noises and decide to check where they are coming from. A cut-scene will begin, as a result of which your companion will disappear into the portal and, out of nowhere, a guy in a red cloak will appear. He will turn out to be Scar.
As part of a conversation with him, you can initially choose any dialogue options, since for now they will only slightly affect Scar’s answers. The boy will want to play a game with you and force you to personally find out what exactly happened in this village. To do this, you must first examine the evidence in the indicated places.
However, you can try to “knock” the answers out of Scar instead. He will refuse to answer you, and then you can simply attack him – we will consider this option at the end of the article, but for now we will give the correct answers to his questions.
First question
Having collected the evidence, which Scar pointed out to you, talk to him again and he will start asking his questions. To the first of them: “Who was the real culprit for the decrease in the number of lambs?” (Who was the real culprit behind the diminishing number of lambs?) say “The Shepherd” because that is the correct answer.
Second question
Next Scar will ask: “What price did the lambs pay for their desires? (What price did the lambs pay for their wishes?). To answer correctly, select: “Their lives.”
