In Honkai: Star Rail, Bullet to the Brain is an exploration mission and part of the “In Our Time” quest chain. How to start the task
It starts automatically immediately after completing the previous mission in the line called “Enemy of the State”. So open your quest log and start tracking down the quest you want. If this does not happen, then try logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login.
How to scout out the situation in the lobby
After taking control of Boothill, turn right and chat with Sabrina and Gino. They know nothing about the incident that happened in the Dream World. Go left to the reception desk and talk to Kochi, the head of security. She hadn't heard anything about the incident either. Then talk to Dan Heng.
How to use your ingenuity
Approach Dennis and chat with him. He will agree to accommodate you in the VIP Room while you wait for Sunday's response. Talk to bartender Anderson.
