In Genshin Impact, Evergreen Dream is a quest in the world of Sumeru and the last part of the Bilcis Dirge quest line, in which you have to get a new fragment of Lilupar, find Jeht and choose a reward when talking with Babel. If you have difficulty completing these tasks, then study our guide.
Evergreen Dream quest walkthrough
How to start the quest
It starts automatically immediately after you complete the previous mission in the chain called Abundance Beneath the Sand Dunes III. If this does not happen suddenly, then try logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login. You will then receive the “Escape the Cave” task – simply jump down to the quest marker to do so. Check out the new video.
Go to the flower goddess and get the Lilupar fragment
When the dialogue is completed, you will need to get to the island in the center of the reservoir. Time is frozen here, so you can just run on the water. Then look for another genie's memory next to the tree, which will unlock a new function for him (summon and suppress sandstorms).
Where to find Jecht
After the dialogue ends, fly towards the frozen waterfall. There, near the tree, you will find Jeht. Talk to her. Then you will need to stay with her for a while – you can just stand nearby or explore this location, as you can find several dendrocules in it.
Next, go back to your friend and chat with her. Now you need to talk to Lilupar. At the end, talk to Jacht again, who will still sit next to the tree. If you want to continue exploring this area, then leave the girl alone for now. Otherwise, invite her to return to the settlement.
What reward to choose when talking with Babel
You will need to return to the matriarch. To do this, first use the elevator to rise to the surface, and then teleport to the Tanith camp. Find Babel in the center of the settlement and chat with her.
The matriarch will note that she is ready to fulfill any request of the protagonist. You will be able to choose one of three options:
- Mora as a reward.
- A souvenir as a reward.
- Jecht's birthday toast.
Unfortunately, your choice does not affect the quest's ending and subsequent events in any way – it will only slightly change the dialogue phrases of Jecht and Babel. So you can choose any option.
This completes the quest and the whole chain. You will unlock the “Dirge of Bilcis” trophy, which rewards you with 10 Primogems. Plus, you will be given a reward for the quest itself in the amount of 450 adventure points, 60 primogems, 85 thousand pestilence and one Amethyst Crown.
