Where to find Xuan Ji
Travel to the southern slope of Mingyuan Mountain. There you will run into a man named Xuan Ji. Talk to the merchant and he will share with you his problem: he has run out of ingredients to make explosive tea.
Where to collect sugar flowers
It turns out that Xuan Ji lacks sugar flowers and jumping nectar. You can find them a little south of the place of dialogue, to the left of the ore deposits. Pick the flowers growing there so that the enemies come out. You will have to face pyro variations of these monsters. Hydro and cryo characters will be most effective in fighting them.
When you destroy all three jumpers, return to Xuan Ji. He will give you a taste of explosive tea and, as gratitude for your time and effort, will give you access to a rich chest.
Note that it is not necessary to start this quest by talking to Xuan Ji. You can first destroy the jumpers, and only then go to the merchant. The result will not change, and you will receive your reward immediately.
