How to start the Extreme Carnival Band event
Walkthrough the quest
First of all, you will need to complete the first chapter of the event quest chain called “The Extraordinary Tour of Many Colors” to unlock access to three mini-games. After this, you should automatically start the above task.
You will need to find Dvorak, located on Watatsumi Island (Inazuma), and chat with him. He will invite you to try some new tunes. After talking with the musician, the mission will end. As a reward for completing it, you will receive 10 thousand mora and 4 adventurer experience.
The essence and rules of the event
A musical challenge where you have to perform compositions and compose scores. To create your own works, you will be able to use 7 new event scores and scores from previous events.
Notes will appear on the screen during your performance. As soon as the note touches the input line, you will need to quickly press the corresponding key to receive points (the number of points awarded depends on the accuracy of the time you press).
Sometimes you will come across long notes that look like elongated streaks of light. To get points from them, you need to hold down the key indicated on the screen until the bar disappears.
You can change the interface style in the corresponding menu and change other settings. Note that all compositions will be divided into several difficulty levels: normal, heavy, expert and King Oni. The latter will open only after receiving a certain assessment at the expert stage.
