In Genshin Impact, Falconry is a Sumeru mission in which you'll need to help Tadla hunt various predators of the sacred bone. You will need to find and catch the red vulture, scorpion and flying kites, and depending on your choice made during the quest, the monsters will change. If you're having trouble getting and completing this mission, check out our guide.
Falconry quest walkthrough
How to start the quest
Note that it will have to start automatically immediately after completing the last quest of the chain called “Falcon of Tadle”. Then you will need to wait until the next morning (08:00 – 12:00) – to do this, simply scroll through the game time using the clock in the Paimon menu.
An exclamation mark should appear above Masseire's head again, so chat with him to start a new mission. He will ask you to witness the growing up of his daughter – for this you will need to watch how she hunts.
Head to the nest of the red vulture and look for its tracks
The first thing you need to do is talk to Tadla, who is standing not far from her father. Then go to the nest located in the location of the Panjwahe Ruins. Move to the underground teleporter and run west to the cliff.

Note: If you forgot to activate the teleportation point when completing the Bilcis Dirge quests, then teleport to teleport in the southeast, and then run to the crevice shown on the map above.
Jump down and approach the glowing marker in the water – inspect it. Continue running along the river north to the next sign. Then use the four-leaf symbols to fly up to the cliff where the new footprints are located.
Pull the camera up and use the quatrefoils to go even higher. Land on the rocky cliff where the last vulture track is located. Then turn left and enter the predator's nest. There you will have a new conversation with Tadle.
< h3>Start the hunt for the red vulture
Now you have a choice of two options, which, however, does not affect the ending of the task:
- You can take a look at the sparkles scattered around the arena right now. In this case, the red vulture will immediately pounce on you, and he will be in an enraged form, which can make the fight a little more difficult.
- Wait until the next night (01:00 – 03:00) – you will attack the red vulture during the dark hours of the day. It will be in its normal form.
We chose the second option and waited until nightfall using the clock on the Paimon menu. Then just attack the huge red bird. Having dealt with the enemy, you can ask Tadle to teach you how to carve a carcass (does not affect anything). After the conversation, examine the monster's nest to find the tablet.

Get to the Scorpion's Lair (Bait Selection)
It is located in the Qusayr al-Inhid area. After moving to the teleport, turn around and move in a southwest direction to the entrance to the cave – enter it and keep going down until you reach a kind of arena below. Talk to the Falcon again there.

< p>The hunter will offer you a choice of several baits, which will depend on the type of scorpion:
- Paralyzing lure – you will be attacked by a stunned scorpion (perhaps a little weaker than usual). After defeating him, you will also have to deal with the carrion scorpion.
- Snake venom bait – you will be attacked by a poisonous (poisoned) scorpion, which will have 75% health.
- Without bait – in this case, you will need to first run into the bushes and hide. This will spawn a scorpion without any debuffs.
< p>You can choose any of the suggested options, as this will not affect the ending of the quest in any way.
Find a cave of flying kites and hunt them
Teleport to the fast travel point south of Unut Setekh. Turn around and run into the cave. A short cut-scene will start, in which Lilupar will report that he feels pain. There may be a new fragment nearby.
Continue running deeper into the cave towards the next marker. There you will find a Sacred Bone Flying Serpent, which you will need to kill. Check out the new cutscene where a genie breaks a hole in the wall – go through it and get a new genie's memory.
< p>After watching a short cutscene, don't forget to inspect the chest that will appear to the right of the passage. In it you will find a chess piece Temple of Gurabad. You can now return to Masseira at the Tanit camp.
Talk to the man. Tadlé will give him all the booty. The hermit will thank us, after which the task will come to an end. As a reward, you will receive 350 adventure points, 40 primogems, 40 thousand pestilence, 3 hero books and 3 magical enhancement ores. You will also have access to the next quest in the chain, The Falcon Who Folds Its Wings.
