How to start the quest “Struggle for the Diadem”
This task begins the final stage of the darshan tournament, so it will be possible to start it only after passing the previous competition. Once it's completed, “Championship for the Diadem” will automatically appear in your quest log.
Complete the quest “Championship for the Diadem”
Wait 7:00 am the day after tomorrow
To keep the logic of the story, you need to wait a couple of days before the start of the next stage of the competition, so you can either pass the hours with other game activities, or fast forward time in order to start the task immediately.
Check with Aarav how progress
The investigation into the oddities taking place at the tournament flared up at the end of the last competition competition, so the first thing to do is find out what the matras were able to find out. Aarav is waiting in the Academy Hall, the same place where you talked to him last time. The problem was partially solved by the city guards, but, fortunately, the organizers left the most curious questions for the player.
Go to the kidnappers' camp

Find out the true motives of the kidnapping

Go to the venue of the tournament and find the organizers
The official venue for the tournament is located in the same place, under the balcony of the Twilight Academy. It is enough to use the eastern city teleporter and glide down to the stage. It's too late to check any suspicions, because the circlet has been sent to the final test site, so we'll have to deal with everything already in place.
Find the Circlet of Knowledge
Go to Motiyima Forest, which is located northeast of Sumeru. As soon as you get close to the marked point, it will turn out that the circlet of knowledge is no longer there.
Go back to the finish line and see what happens there
Since the tiara was not in place, then the contestants are already heading to the finish line. Use the nearest teleporter or just run to the jury table. Join Nile and al-Haytham for a beautiful cutscene.
Immediately after the dialogue, the task is completed, you will receive 30 Source Stones, 3 Hero XP, 30,000 Mora, and 6 Enchantment Magic Ore. The plot of the tournament will automatically continue in the next task – “Vaults of the Mind”.
