In Honkai: Star Rail, the Commendation of High Morality is a valuable item that can be obtained through secret mini-quests by making certain decisions. At the same time, the game does not indicate the possibility of obtaining this unique resource. In addition, it is not known exactly how it can be used. What is the praise of high morality
It is about valuable an item that is stored and accumulated in your inventory in the “Missions” category, which indicates its connection with quests, that is, you cannot get this little thing from a chest or a destructible object. Outwardly, it looks like a figurine in the form of scales and an approving little man.
The most common way to obtain High Morale Commendation is for doing good deeds, such as fixing a dumpster or watering a plant, but sometimes it is passed off as less clear actions, so without a guide it can be quite difficult to understand what exactly needs to be done to get this figure.
Let's add that many of the events in which figurines are issued occur only once. Therefore, if you missed receiving praise, you will not be able to replay the event later. So we advise you, if you find yourself in a similar situation, before making this or that choice, first study our guide.
How to get praise of high morality
There are currently 26 High Morale Commendations in Honkai: Star Rail. You can get it in a variety of locations. For some events, more than one figurine is given. We'll cover them all below.
Praise High Morale 1-2
- Region: Space Station Hertha
- Region: Base Zone
Go to the marked area, climb the stairs to the second level and talk to the talking plant. Then pour water on it and return to it the next real day to get the “Water as instructed” achievement and other rewards. We have covered this in more detail in a separate guide.
Praise of High Morale 3-4
- Region: Hertha Space Station
- Area: Storage Area
Travel to the indicated teleporter, then go north to the second room with curiosities. Here, interact with the broken artifact floating right in the center of the room.
Next, you will need to hit him exactly three times, choosing the appropriate dialogue options. As a result, the cracks in the curiosity will disappear. Write about this Asta and wait for a response from her. After that, you will receive a reward.
Praise High Morale 5-6
- Region: Hertha Space Station
- Region: Storage Area
Move to the indicated area, and then go to the square in the middle and click on the “Inspect” button to return the light cone that you took from here earlier in the story.
Then an explorer who calls himself an old man will immediately speak to you. He will ask you about the light cone. Tell him the truth: “None of the above, to be honest” to unlock the “Honest Child” achievement.

Move to the indicated area, and then go east, climb the stairs, reach the end of the area and interact with the trash can. Then examine the piece of paper on the floor and throw it in the trash.
Now move to the second trash can, located in the northwestern part of the location. The exact location is shown in the pictures below. Here, pick up the next garbage and throw it into the container.
Go to the northeast part of the area and throw the paper into the trash can. Immediately after that, a serious researcher will appear who will congratulate you on passing the test. After talking to him, you will receive a reward.
Praise of High Morale 8
- Region: Herta Space Station
- Area: Support Zone
Move to the specified teleport, and then go north to the very end. You will find a round table with four chairs in this room. Check it out and make an appointment.
Then move to another location and come back (sometimes you need to wait for the server to reset every morning). You will see a group of researchers next to the table arguing about something. Approach them and watch a short cutscene to claim your reward. Once you move to another area, you will be given a figurine.
Praise of High Morality 9-11
- Region: Yarilo-VI
- Region: Administrative Region
In the specified area, you can find several red mailboxes from which you can get undelivered letters. Later, they can be handed over to the official Mane, receiving 1,000 credits for each letter. In Praise of High Morale 12
- Region: Yarilo-VI
- Region: Kamnegrad
Teleport to the indicated anchor and enter the Fight Club building. Then chat with a couple talking about the Cold Dragon. Next, contact Dan Heng and ask him to send you a photo.
Then talk to the fans. They will want to buy a picture from you. You can ask for 3,000 credits for it or give it away for free. In the latter case, you will be able to get Commendation of High Morale.
In Praise of High Morale 13
- Region: Yarilo-VI
- Region: Kamnegrad
Next to the specified anchor, you can find a girl named Fidora, standing next to a broken robot. Talk to her, and then help her by finding and buying a language module. Next, you will need to train the robot to respond emotionally to human actions. This will unlock the Knight in Shining Armor achievement. We covered this mini-quest in detail in a separate guide.
Praise High Morale 14

After completing the “Appointment at Sunset” main quest, talk to Gertie to unlock the “Quickly Picked Up Does Not Count as Falling” achievement. If you want to receive other awards, then while in the room, you will need to fill out a questionnaire, which can be found on the table in the corner.
You can choose any of the options, as they don't appear to affect the reward you receive. However, we still advise you to choose mostly positive responses in order to accurately get the praise of high morality. At the end, pass the questionnaire to Gertie.

Head to the indicated anchor, and then go up the stairs to the top and you will hear a female voice. Go to the window and talk to the girl. She will tell you about her missing sister. You have to find her. We covered this mini-quest in detail in a separate guide.
Praise of High Morale 16
- Region: Yarilo-VI
- Region: Silvermane Guardian Restricted Area
For this hidden achievement, travel to the indicated anchor, and then go a little west into the alley. Here you will find a destructible barrel and a guard – break the item. After that, a soldier will speak to you. You can choose any answers as he will attack you anyway.
You have to fight three silver-maned guardians – they are rather weak opponents that are vulnerable to quantum, wind, ice and physical damage. Having dealt with them, you will receive a reward and unlock an achievement. Most likely, you need to apologize to the guard to get the praise of high morality.

To the east of the specified anchor, you can find a mysterious woman and two chests. She will offer you to open these chests, noting that one of them is hidden luck (get a dazzling rainbow stone), and the other is bad luck (you have to fight monsters).

You will get to the right room as part of the story quest “A Night in the City of Everwinter”. If you immediately left it, then later you can return to the apartment at any time. To do this, move to the indicated anchor, enter the hotel, climb the stairs up, enter the corridor and open the third door on the right.
Inside the room, interact with the closet next to the bed and climb into it. Then scare the hotel staff by jumping out of the ambush. As a result, you will receive a reward.

Move to the specified anchor, and then go east and turn right. You will see a garbage container near the building. Interact with it and select the Repair option to receive your reward.
Praise of High Morality 20-21

Go to the northwestern part of the city and talk to the leftmost dumpster. He will ask you what kind of garbage you want to receive. If you ask him for some nice-looking trash, you'll get one High Morale Commendation, or if you don't trash at all, you can get two Commendations.

- Area: Central Harbor of Star Yacht Refuge
Teleport to the indicated anchor, then go down the stairs, heading north. Find the boxes near the stone fence and interact with the one that is highlighted. Next, select the option “Inspect package”. Inside you will find a bunch of blades.
Next, you will need to make sure to choose answer “Deal with the blades” for one Commendation of High Morale. Otherwise, the mini-quest will end, but you will not receive any reward.
Praise of High Morality 23
- Region: Lofu Xianzhou
- Area: Central Harbor of Star Yacht Shelter
Head to the marked area and look for a halberd leaning against the wall. Interact with her and then chat with the stranger. You can give him money or intimidate him. Then talk to Jingyan from the Office of the Balance Commission and state the amount of credits taken from you. Praise of High Morale 24

Travel to the Stargazers Avenue Dimensional Anchor, then turn around and head slightly southwest. Near the advertising board you will see a delivery box – interact with it.
Then you need to choose the following option: “We need to help a stranger”, giving away space fried rice x1 as a result. It can be crafted with Synthesis from readily available consumables.

From the previous package, go a little to the southeast, and there you will find another delivery box. Interact with it, and then choose the following responses:

High Morale Commendation 26
- Region: Lofu Xianzhou

Move to the Star-Sailboat Pier Anchor, then turn right and look for the Digital Scroll on the table. Interact with him and then select the “Help him close everything on the scroll screen” option. Immediately after that, you will be given a figurine.
How to use High Morale Praise< /h2>
Apparently, this subject is a kind of indulgence that allows you to do not very good deeds and at the same time not receive punishment for it. You can thus maintain a kind of balance between the light and dark sides of the force. Below we will list all such actions that are present in the game.
Only now you won’t be able to spend the praise of high morality in many places, so you will probably have more than ten extra figurines left. However, we still do not advise you to waste them thoughtlessly, as in the future there will probably be some kind of mechanic like the Dream Tree or the Amrita Lake from Genshin Impact, which allows you to give away figures for the sake of obtaining useful materials.
Fountain on the Central Square
- Region: Yarilo-VI
- Region: Administrative District
Teleport to the anchor “Central Square ”, and then turn around and approach the fountain. Next, you can spend 5 High Morale Commendation to fish out various treasures from the fountain: Hard Water x3, Junk x3, Ancient Coin x1, Extinguished Cannonball x1, and Jim Roger's Bread Soda x1. In addition, you will unlock an achievement called “Snatch”.
Dazzling Golden Watch
- Region: Yarilo-VI
- Oblast: Administrative district
You can spend one High Morale Commendation to open the suitcase on Floor -1 of the indicated location and retrieve the watch. However, it is not necessary to use a figurine for this. In a separate guide, we talked in detail about this secret quest.
Upgrade the trash can
- Region: Yarilo-VI
- Region: Kamnegrad
We are talking about the same dumpster that you can repair for one high morale commendation. Instead of repair, select the option “Improve” and then you will spend one figurine on the contrary. However, it is not clear why to do this, since you will not receive any reward.
Write on paper
- Region: Yarilo-VI
- Region: Kamnegrad
Find two dumpsters southeast of Natasha's Clinic anchor and interact with the one on the left. You can then select the “Write on Paper” option and change the number 81 to 84 by spending one High Morale Praise. However, again, you will not receive any reward for this.
Suspicious Scroll
- Region: Lofu Xianzhou
- Region: Central Harbor of Star Yacht Shelter
This is the same scroll that we talked about just above. Instead of closing it, you can instead look into it by spending one figurine. However, the reward for this is the same as if you immediately closed and cleared the device.
Immortal in a Vase
- Region: Lofu Xianzhou
- Area: Exalted Shrine
Travel to the indicated anchor, then go down the stairs on the right to the first level. Next, turn left, go along the wooden bridge and near a small garden with trees you will find a vase. The exact location is shown in the screenshots below.
Then hit the vase once to start a conversation with the Immortal. You can choose any answers, as the stranger at the end will still ask you to bring him 5 bags of Garbage. Interact with the vessel again and give the character the waste by selecting the “Place items inside” option. After that, you will receive your first reward.
Now wait until the next calendar day and return to the vase. Interact with her and talk to the Immortal. This time, he will ask you to give him one Commendation of High Morality. By handing it over, you will receive a second reward. In doing so, the stranger will offer you an additional prize, leading to two endings:
- If you choose the “Poke My Hand” option, you'll unlock the “Far from the Crazed Crowd” achievement and claim the eye of lightning x1.
- If you choose the “I'm not going to stick my hand in there again” option, you'll unlock the “Let desires will vanish with the wind.”
Each of the above achievements from the Our Memories section awards 5 Star Jades. Only one trophy can be unlocked per account.
High Morale Praise Achievements
Saint
To unlock this achievement, you need to get High Morale Praise exactly 20 times, then there is no need to accumulate 20 figurines in your inventory – just get the specified amount.
Retribution
To get this trophy, you need to find a way to spend the accumulated praise of high morality. It is enough to spend only one figurine. The fastest way to do this is to use the fountain in the Administrative District of Yarilo-VI.
