How to start the task
First of all, you will need to complete the quest line “The Sound and the Fury”. After this, teleport to the dimensional anchor “Family Construction Bureau” on the Dream Frontier, and then go forward a little, and on the left you will find the Go-Ray erudroid. Talk to her and select the “Start Clockwork” option.
