The easiest way to get to the chest is from the teleportation point northwest of the Tugini Gap. Teleport to the indicated location and face northeast towards the towering cliff.

How to unlock Coast Jewel Chest Samudras
There are three fires around the chest, which will serve as your key to get treasures. For convenience, you can first deal with the three hilichurls that dance near the fires.
Then all you have to do is put out the flames. To do this, take any character of the Hydro element to the squad and hit three fires with the water element.
Recall that one of the fires is in the east, and the other two are in the south and west. The order in which the flame goes out doesn't matter.

After all three bonfires are extinguished, the precious chest will unlock. Treasures include 10 Source Stones, 3 Dendro Seals, pestilence, adventure experience, character development materials, artifacts, and hero experience.
