Where to find the Lord of Frosty Night in Genshin Impact
There are no additional requirements to unlock this boss, so essentially, you can get to it immediately after completing the Archon quest, Song of Dragon Freedom. However, we still advise you to first take on the Nod's End quest chain.
So, first of all, get to Nod's Land by moving to the opened teleport north of Ochkanatlan. Next, get to the entrance to the cave with the boss. Information about the exact location of the arena with him will appear after the release of the upcoming patch.

After you deal with this boss, he will recover almost instantly – you need to teleport to another area or simply step aside a little for the sacred beast to reappear. Remember also that to collect rewards from it you will have to spend 40 units of Primordial Resin.
Characteristics of the Lord of the Frosty Night
In the normal state, this enemy does not have any special resistance to one or another element, that is, his resistance to all elements is 10%. However, after emerging from the Veil of Darkness state, he changes his element type to the one that dealt him the most damage during this special mode, causing his resistance to this element to increase to 150%. Therefore, in theory, it doesn’t matter which characters you pit against the boss, but in practice everything is somewhat more complicated (read more in the section on selecting heroes).
If we talk about the combat parameters of this ancient creature, then it has quite high health and attack power indicators, which are equal to or significantly exceed the similar values of the Monstrous Baptist or Unut Setekh. For example, at level 90, his base HP is 816.2 thousand units (the baptist has 371 thousand), and his ATK is 15.2 thousand units (Setekh has 11.4 thousand). Given the boss's impressive health bar and high attack power, we advise you to pay as much attention to your squad's survivability as you do to its damage. If, for example, you see that your healer cannot cope with the incoming damage, then you can safely take a shield warrior into your pack. It will help protect allies from the enemy's most powerful area attacks.
We highly recommend that you take characters who can cause Lunar reactions, that is, a maternity hospital from Nod's Land. The fact is that in this case, the boss, after leaving the Veil of Darkness state, will not change the type of his element, but will immediately lose it, so his resistance to one or another element will not increase, which means that your damage dealers will continue to inflict maximum damage on him. However, you shouldn’t worry too much if you don’t have teams of Kraev nodes, because you can try to deceive the boss. For example, you can compose a squad in such a way that the elements of the damage dealers in it do not coincide with the elements of the supports. As a result, when the beast goes into the Veil of Darkness state, just start hitting it with support so that it changes its element to the element of your support character, and not the damage dealer.

Preparing for battle
Before the start of the battle, you can eat dishes that increase attack power, critical damage and critical hit chance. It would be a good idea to drink potions that increase certain elemental damage to strengthen your damage dealers. In this case, the following will be useful:
