Solution to the riddle with anemones and octopuses on Capitol Hill in Genshin Impact
You will be able to get to the marked location located in the Sea of Antiquity only during or after completing the quest chain “Ode to Harmony”. Move to the teleporter located west of the Capitol, and then turn right, and you will immediately see three allochromatic anemones, next to which there is a luxurious chest.

You will need to activate these anemones by influencing them with music. To do this, you have to use the spiral octopuses by solving several mini-puzzles.
The riddle with the swaying eels
Turn around from the anemones and you will see the first octopus just ahead. Swim up to it and select the “Time to go!” option, but nothing will happen. Interact with the creature again, and then start swimming after it, and it will lead you to the coral reefs.

Start the test – you will need to wait until all 3 eels emerge from the reefs, and then stop them, using the power of the ancient symphony (press the “T” key to switch to the desired mode, and then quickly hit the “E” key when 3 eels appear). The picture below shows the right moment.

Next, start swimming after the octopus to the east and up to get to a huge shell. Click on it with the left mouse button so that it opens and you can release the singing chubby.
Free the octopuses from the algae
