How to start the quest
Access this quest The quest opens after reaching the 20th level of Mastery and obtaining the 1st rank of Equilibrium. You will need to teleport to the “Power Substation” dimensional anchor in the Support Zone and go a little east to the exclamation mark on the map until you hear the old man's voice.

Find the source of the cry for help
Continue heading east after going down the stairs and talking to the old man. Now open the door by interacting with the console. You will enter a new area where you have to get to an elderly researcher located in the center of the hall. This will require the bridges to be deployed.
How to get to Tianwen (bridge puzzle )
In order to ask Tianwen about his condition and inspect the warehouse at the end of the repulsive bridge, you will need to interact with the controls in in the same order as shown in the picture above. Next, we will demonstrate all the consoles individually. So, first of all, click on the panel that is right in front of you.
Now take the blue bridge to the left to the second switch after dealing with the level 29 void rangers. Click on the console.
Go back to the first control device and click on it again. Next, go right along the bridges that have arisen, dealing with another group of level 29 void rangers along the way. Now interact with the third switch. As a result, a bridge will appear leading to the old man.

Along the way, open a deluxe chest to unlock the “Seven Bridges Challenge” achievement. Talk to the evil old man. Next, move to the “Parts Warehouse” anchor in the same location and run east to the quest marker. Chat with the elderly scientist again. He will give you a treasure map.

Go to the room indicated on the treasure map
Move to the anchor “Outer Control Center Bay” and go right to the quest marker. Enter a new room where you will find two level 35 void rangers guarding a valuable chest. Get into a fight with them. Their vulnerabilities are shown in the screenshot below.
After dealing with the enemies, move on. Here you will find a riddle with unearthly materials. Step onto the glowing platform and then follow the path shown in the screenshot below.
After crossing to the other side, open the valuable chest and go to the far right corner. There, examine the pictures attached to various surfaces. Unfortunately, there are no treasures here.

After finding all four comet hunter letters, return to Tianwen and give him the notes. After a dialogue with him, the mission will come to an end. As a reward, you will receive 250 Mastery XP, 5 Adventure Logs, 50 Hertariums, 12,000 Credits, 40 Star Jades, and 10 Kapo Kali, which increase a random damage type of allies.
