In order to start completing the mission, you need to find any one graffiti and scan it. This way it will appear in your collection, and you can continue searching for the remaining images.
Where to find all graffiti with tarot arcana
In total, in Phantom Liberty you can find four images with tarot arcana. All of them are located in Dog City.
It is worth noting that you can scan the graffiti immediately during the story, or later, after completing the main story. In addition, it does not matter at all in what order you search for images.
Graffiti No. 1 “King of Cups”
- Location: entrance to Dog Town
The first image is difficult to miss – it is located at the entrance to Dog Town. This is where you will find yourself as you progress through the main story.
After running a little forward, you will see graffiti on the wall on the right.
Graffiti No. 2 “King of Pentacles”< /h3>- Location: Cress Street
The second graffiti can also be seen by following the storyline. Enter the building marked on the map below and take the elevator to the apartment. On the right side you will find the drawing you need.
Graffiti No. 3 “King of Wands”
- Location: near the basketball court
For the third graffiti, go to the point marked on the map – there is a basketball court nearby.

Get off the road, go down a little and run forward. The image will be on the left side.
Graffiti No. 4 “King of Swords”
- Location: coastal slums, next to the Moth establishment
Please note that there is a teleport point near this location. If you stand with your back to it, you need to run a little forward, and then turn into the gateway – a little to the right.
Run a little further and you will notice the desired image on the left wall.
After you have scanned all the graffiti, go to Misty. Talk to the girl and you will learn all the interpretations of the tarot cards found, and also complete the quest.
