Prophet of Popular Music in Genshin Impact is a daily quest in which you will help musician Milu Nui compose a new song, and then search for a prototype of the record. In the guide we will describe all the options for developing the task and how to get the achievement “Music is immortal!”
How to start the quest Prophet of Popular Music
To gain access to this and other daily tasks in the Pyro region, complete the quest “Forward to flaming adventures!”.
Now, to the quest is more likely to drop, in the Traveler's License, select Natlan as the desired region for receiving dailies.
First Day
Talk to Milu Nui
Go to the northern part of the Folk of the Springs territory and talk to the musician. He suffers from the fact that the owner of the music store does not understand his creation and puts the records in the children's section. Milu wants to compose a song that will change Paku's mind – and you need to help him with this.
Next, you should make a choice: collect audio material or find out the opinion of listeners. Below we will describe both possible options. There is no particular difference between them, and the choice does not affect the achievement.
Collect materials (first option)
If you chose the first option, head northeast from the nearest teleporter. Together with Milu, listen to the sounds of nature and the battle of two tribe members. The warriors will not appreciate your presence and will attack you.
Convince the angry tribe members to leave
Defeat two opponents. Milu will thank you, and this will complete the first version of the quest.
Check out customer reviews (second option)
If you choose the second option, you must talk to one of the customers standing outside the music store just north of Milu itself.
Machina Nui
The girl will praise Milu's music, but will emphasize that her daughter likes more energetic and bright music.
Haloa Nui
The girl will be happy about the release of the new record, but will complain that Milu's songs have too many words, and they are difficult to remember.
Tirda
The woman will praise Milu and call his music relaxing, but will not appreciate the complexity of the lyrics – she would like there to be no words in his songs at all.
Return to Milu Nui
After collecting the reviews, return to the south and talk to the musician. He will be upset to learn that all the customers perceive him as a composer for children, but he will still thank you for your help, after which the quest will be completed.
Second Day
After completing the first part of the quest, you can get its sequel of the same name any day.
Talk to Milu Nui
Teleport to the island south of the Folk of the Springs territory. Milu's record fell into the hands of unfriendly tribe members, and now it is in danger.
Return the Record
Sail east to the shore of another island. Fight a group of warriors. Try not to destroy anything— this is necessary to get the achievement. It is better not to use summoned creatures and area attacks, and also not to get too close to destructible objects.
Return to Milu Nui
Return to the western island and return the musician the whole record or its fragments (if you broke something during the battle). This will complete the quest chain.
Rewards
After completing each part of the quest, you will receive standard rewards for the daily:
- 10 Primogems
- 175-250 EXP
- 1950-6575 Mora
- 20-60 Friendship EXP
- 1-4 Superior Enhancement Ore
- 0-4 Magic Enhancement Ore
The “Music is Immortal!” achievement is awarded if you returned the undamaged record to Mil in the second part of the quest. The achievement belongs to the “Wonders of the World” set and gives 5 Primogems.
