How to get back to the top of the tomb of King Deshret
For the first time, you will be able to get to the top part of a huge pyramid as part of a world quest called Double Proof. You will need to pass it to open access to this location. After that, you will be able to visit the roof of the tomb at any time later.
However, the puzzle on it will not appear immediately, so after completing the task, move to some other area, scroll through the game time and only then return. If the riddle still does not appear, then try logging out of your account, waiting 20-30 minutes and re-logging in, or even wait until the next real day.
You can return to the roof using the Red Sands Plate guide – open it and select a place called Aaru's Reflection in the list in the “Descent into the Depths” section. Then click the “Go” button. A label will appear leading to the required area. Or you can simply teleport to the teleport below and turn right to enter the Duat Hall.
Next, go through the huge triangular entrance on the opposite side and enter the large blue device in the new room to get to the top of the pyramid. Now you can start solving puzzles.
The riddles at the top of King Deshret's tomb
Once on the roof, you will see the upper and lower plates, which will need to be activated by solving two riddles. Let's start with the bottom platform.
How to solve the beam and cell puzzle
To do this, you will need to make sure that the four cells at the edges fire rays directly into the center. First make sure they are all facing the right direction.
Then interact with the primordial hourglass for the four leaf symbols to appear. Use them to climb the platforms that block the beams emitted by the cells. Stand on them for a bit so that they disappear and the lasers can hit the right prisms in the center.
The quatrefoils will disappear over time, so interact with the clock again to make them reappear. Once you've released all of the beams, another cage will be unlocked on the lower center platform – rotate it twice so it fires the beam into the prism on the obelisk.
How to solve the prism puzzle
Interact with the hourglass and climb to the top platform with the help of the four leaf symbols. There you will find a prism that you need to switch to red. As a result, the north and south moving plates will turn red (remain in their original positions), and the east one will turn blue (constantly moving up and down).
Next, stand next to the cage on the south side. Two more are in the east and north. When interacting with them, their crystals will fly upward, and then shoot beams at the prisms on the upper platform. However, they won't be there for long, so you'll have to time it carefully so that one of the lasers isn't blocked by the moving plate.
To do this, follow the path shown in the screenshot above and follow these steps:
- Activate the southern cell .
- Jump down and interact with the hourglass.
- Use the 4-leaf symbols to quickly get to the east square and move it.
- Use the quatrefoils again, to fly to the north cell and move it.
- Climb to the top floating platform and wait for the barrier to fall off the mechanism here.
Then just rotate the cage twice, and she will shoot a beam at the obelisk ahead. After that, a luxurious chest will immediately appear below.
Inspect the chest to get 10 Primogems, 30 Adventure Points, 4 Dendro Seals, Enhance Ore, and various artifacts.
