In Genshin Impact, Restoring the Golden Path 1 is a quest in the world of Fontaine and part of the quest chain “Rhapsody of Pharsalia”, which itself included in the global plot of “Ode to Harmony”. During it you will need to find the lost symphonies, return the phantom bird to its place, illuminate the horn with a light mechanism and follow the bird. Completing the quest “Restoring the Golden Path 1”
How to start the task
It should start automatically during the mission “Staircase to the Capitol”, when you fight the golems and exit the Boethius illusion. Just look at your mission log and start tracking the desired mission. If it still doesn’t appear, try logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login.
Find the lost symphonies and return the phantom bird to its place
Head to the northwestern part of the location and dive into the depths. Use Scylla (the ghost whale) as a guide. If you are too lazy to swim, then simply be attracted to the sea creature by pressing the “T” key.
Next, you will need to collect all the bird phantoms near the horn. To do this, swim up to the three ghosts floating randomly nearby to escort them to the horn. As soon as they freeze in one place, as shown in the second picture below, your task will be completed.
Illuminate the horn using the light mechanism
The necessary device is located just south of the horn, on a stone platform. Interact with it, and then begin to rotate the camera angle so that the silhouette of the horn matches its drawing on the wall – see the second image below.
Follow the phantom bird
Next, pick up the contents of the rich chest and start simply following the group of ghostly birds. After swimming a couple of meters, watch a colorful cut-scene with the restoration of the golden path. This will bring the task to an end. Unfortunately, there is no reward for completing this quest.
