In God of War Ragnarok, the Steinbjorn Armor is a secret armor set that can be obtained by finding the Mystic Legacy relic and fighting trolls. By the way, these creatures drop the materials required for the manufacture of this kit. In this guide, we will tell you how to find all these objects, and indicate the characteristics of the armor.

How to find and use the Mystic Legacy
Before you start looking for this relic, you will need to unlock the Draupnir spear by completing the 10th main mission “Forge of Your Destiny”. Next, head to Midgard, to the location of the Lake of Nine. Move south from the frozen pool, looking constantly to the left, until you see a block of ice glowing yellow – destroy it with your new weapon (the location of the glacier is shown in the screenshots below).
Then go through the gap and look for the relic in the snow. In combat, it is useless, but has a strange description. In fact, this tool is designed to awaken the troll statues, which will then need to be defeated. Don't forget to equip this item in the Weapons > “Relic > “Mystical heritage”.
Where to find troll statues
You have to approach the troll statue and activate the Mystic Legacy – to do this, use the combination L1 + “circle”. After that, you will face a mini-boss battle. There are four such opponents. Each one drops Sleepy Stones needed to craft armor.
Troll Statue 1

Approach the wall in the place shown in the screenshots below, and you will find the first statue. Activate the relic and then fight Blodug Steinn. Deal with it to get the required materials.
Troll statues 2 and 3

- Location: Garden Noatuna
The desired area is located in the east of the Delta of the river. If you have not been to it before, then move to the Mystic Gate in Freyr's camp, and then get into the boat and start sailing down the river (access to it is only open during the daytime; you can change night to day using the Heavenly Altar) .
Climb to the shore and you will find two statues near the ruins at once – awaken them to start a fight with Gelraub the Ashen and Gelraub the Frost. Once you've dealt with them, don't forget to pick up the items they drop.
Troll Statue 4
- Region: Alfheim
- Location: Forbidden Sands
If you haven't been to the specified area before, then move to the Strand Mystic Gate, and then turn right and enter the Quarries. Run through them to get to the Plains. Head to the northwest of this location to find a passage to the Forbidden Sands (you may need to complete the Secret of the Sands side quest before that).
Once in the new area, you can first complete the secondary task “Song of the Sands” in order to remove the sandstorm, or immediately head to the southwestern part of the area where the troll statue is located (see screenshots above). Wake up Bjarg Storm and deal with him to get the resources you need.
How to craft the Steinbjorn Armor
After getting all the sleepy stones (if you forgot to pick them up, check the blue chest near the forge), get to any workshop and talk to the dwarf to create all the elements of the set, the characteristics of which are indicated in the screenshots below.
As you can see, this set of armor is mainly aimed at increasing protection, so it is perfect for tanks. At the same time, his bonuses allow you to quickly restore health points and stun nearby enemies. When fully upgraded, Steinbjorn's set is one of the best in the game.
