How to start the quest
Orders drop out to players every day randomly in the amount of four pieces, so to start this quest you will first need to wait for it to be issued. However, you can slightly increase the chance of getting it by selecting Li Yue as your desired region in the Adventurer's Handbook.
When you finally get the appropriate daily, teleport to Li Yue Harbor and head to the city port. There, on board the ship, you will need to chat with Baby Lulu. She will ask you to take something from Ying Er. Agree to help the girl.
What to answer to Ying Er
Leave the ship, and then go up the stone steps to the top and turn right into the courtyard, where Xiao Yu is standing near the notice board. Climb even higher on a small ladder. Walk down the street a little and you will find Ying Er near the house.
Chat with the girl. She will report that she was able to come up with the latest perfume formula, but has not yet tried it in practice, as she simply does not have enough time. As a result, you can give her one of two answers, which will lead you to two options for the development of the story. We'll look at both options.
Option 1: Three thousand mora
The fastest option, but at the same time costly in terms of pestilence, since you will have to give 3 thousand mora to the owner of “Spring Flavors” (we personally did not notice that the character gave mora from his wallet). She will ask you to wait until nightfall. To do this, simply use the Paimon clock by moving the arrow to 23:00-01:00.
After that, talk to the girl again. You can ask her why she added mint. Then just take the special perfume to Baby Lulu, who will still be waiting for you at the port. As a reward, you will receive x1 mulberries and 400 mora (in addition to the slightly reduced standard reward).
Option 2: I will help you
In this case, you will have to make peppermint essential oil yourself (it appears only in this quest, that is, it will not be possible to create it later). First you need to find three mint leaves – just collect 3 mint. Several flowers grow near the capital on Mount Tianheng, next to the teleport.
After obtaining the required amount of resources, return to the city and interact with the alchemy workbench . The peppermint essential oil recipe should immediately appear on your screen. Craft one vial.
Now head to the People's Choice Restaurant, where Ying Er will be waiting for you, and interact with the furnace to make aromatic oil. Chat with the girl again. As a result, you will receive a special perfume that you need to take to the girl.
Talk to Baby Lulu again to complete the mission. As a reward, you will receive 400 pestilence and x1 mulberries. You will also receive the standard daily reward (slightly reduced).
