How to start the “Through the Chilicurous Lands” event
The event starts on February 29 of this year at 10:00 am time server, and will end on March 11 at 03:59. Before you can participate in it, you have to meet a couple of conditions, namely:
- Achieve at least adventure rank 20.
- Complete the story mission called “Song of Dragon Freedom.”
Once you have dealt with the above requirements, you should automatically have the event's starting quest. If this does not happen, then go to the event menu, select the one you want and click on the “Add to task” button.
Key features of the event
Using the Eye of Upano, you will need to make your way into hilichurl camps and look for target points to find clues for your investigation . After this, you will need to deal with the mysterious megachurls in the dungeon, following certain recommendations.
In Exploration Journey mode, you will need to use a new tool to bind your spirit to Hilichurls and Anemo Slimes. This way you can move around the enemy camp and find clues. However, shamachurls are able to recognize you, so you should not catch their eye.
Note: When building a route, do not forget to use smoke installations, sunset lights, bonfires and Hydro Ambers to better camouflage and prevent detection yourself to a shamachurl.
In the “Hilichuric Duel” mode, you will find yourself in a dungeon where you will have to fight the Mysterious Megachurl. However, you won't be able to defeat him using conventional methods – you have to follow the prompts to damage the enemy.
