Vampire Survivors Weapon Combinations and Evolution

In Vampire Survivors, weapon evolution and merging are special game mechanics based on the combination of different passive items and weapons. With the help of them you can get enhanced weapons. In this guide, we will tell you exactly how these processes occur, as well as show all the blueprints that exist in the game.

How to perform weapon evolution in Vampire Survivors

Upgraded Killing Weapons generally have the same stats as the base weapon, but with additional effects. For example, area-of-effect weapons can increase their damage radius. Some items have their base damage changed due to changes in how they work.

Vampire Survivors: weapon combinations and evolution

To carry out the evolution of weapons, you need to follow a few steps. First of all, make sure that your basic weapon is upgraded to the maximum level 8, and that the required passive item is in your inventory (can be of any level). However, these conditions do not apply to all types of weapons:

  • If you plan to get the One Solution, Crimson Shroud or Infinite Corridor, then you will need to fully upgrade passive items.
  • If If you're planning on getting a Bi-Bracelet or Tri-Bracelet, you won't need any passive items. You need to have a regular Bracelet and upgrade it to level 6, and then open the chest. Once you get the Bi-Bracelet, upgrade it to level 6 again to get the Tri-Bracelet in the next chest.
  • The Super Candybox II Turbo doesn't require a passive item either, but it does require the Candybox weapon drop in the current launch. Drops from a chest with a low chance (Chance depends on Luck).

Next, you will need to find a Treasure Chest, which may include evolution as a reward. Basically, these chests are issued for killing bosses that start attacking the hero after 10 minutes have passed. The screenshots below show what this object looks like in the arena.

There are a few exceptions to the rule, however:

  • If you go to the Crazy Forest, then as part of the wave that starts at 1:00, you will be attacked by the Glowing Bat. It drops a chest that may contain the evolution you need.
  • In Boss Raid, Dairy, Chapel Magna and Molise, chests can lead to the evolution of a weapon, regardless of when they were obtained.
  • Access to the evolution of weapons in Green Acres works according to the same rules as in the original worlds, that is, in the Dairy, chests that fell on waves of up to 10 minutes are able to improve weapons, but in the Library they are no longer.
  • < li>Containing Arcana (occurs at 11th and 21st minutes of any normal stage) chests can only lead to the evolution of weapons if the gamer has reached the maximum number of Arcana.

  • With the help of the Giorunton character, you can evolve weapons by opening any chests that give items.

So, after opening the chest, you will receive enhanced weapons instead of a random upgrade of one of the gizmos. The base weapon will be removed from your inventory and an upgraded variant will be added. The passive item will not disappear.

Usually, only one weapon can be upgraded with one chest – this also applies to high-level chests. True, there are exceptions. Up to 5 types of weapons can improve the chests that drop in Molise and from the Giant Enemy Crab, and up to 3 – in the Dairy, Magna Chapel and Halo Tower (at the 10th and 20th minutes); Library and Bone Zone (at the 20th minute); in Molise; drops from Drowner, Stalker and Giant Enemy Crab.

Vampire Survivors: Weapon Combinations and Evolution

To upgrade multiple weapon types at the same time, chests must be at a high level and have the appropriate number of rewards. The fact is that evolution is one of the rewards.

How to perform weapon fusion in Vampire Survivors

This process is in many ways similar to evolution, but there are several differences. First, you need to have two basic weapons at once, upgraded to level 8. Sometimes a passive item is also required. Secondly, when merged, both original weapons are removed and an improved weapon appears in their place.

Vampire Survivors: weapon combinations and evolution

The principle of dropping combined weapons is the same as during evolution, that is, you need to open treasure chests, having the necessary items with you.

Combinations of combining weapons

The table below shows all available in Vampire Survivors weapons (including DLC) that can be combined with each other. You can find out what passive items are required for this, and what effects improved weapons have.

At this point in time, these are all combinations of evolution and weapon combining that are present in Vampire Survivors. If you have information on other schemes, you can share it in the comments to the article.
