Detective Billboard in Honkai Star Rail: walkthrough
To get a chance to take part in a strange fatal incident, you need to complete most of the main quest line of version 2.1 , – “Cat Among Pigeons”, and not just the task “All These Stories Are Sad,” for which the Theme Park map is just opening. Plus, to get the trophies, you will have to wait one real day from the end of the investigation at the murder scene.
Where is the crime scene

The murder scene was located in the northern part of the territory at the Theme Park Entrance: go to the Warner's outlet (mark on the map) and look around the crowd of soda bottles, popcorn bags and the Billboard Detective.

Find out about the results of the investigation
A day later in real time after the whole situation, you will receive an SMS from the detective: he will tell you about the results of the complicated case and the whole essence what happened to the film. After this correspondence, a notification will appear informing you that you have received the Variation achievement called “I” and the “Three… Two… One… Motor!” sticker.
