Passing the quest “When the Light of Hvarna Manifests”
How to start the quest
It starts automatically immediately after the completion of the “True Sound of Awakening” and “Itihasa Asipattravana”. If for some reason you were not given a quest, then try logging out of your account, wait 20-30 minutes and re-login.
Talk to Zurvan and go to Lake Shunyata
First of all, you will need to talk to the primordial wager Zurvan, who will be waiting for you in the oasis of Vurukash. While talking to her, Soroush will receive a two-horned crown, which will increase her abilities. You will also unlock the Vyakarana of Birds achievement.
Talk to Zurvan and Sorush again. You will learn about the need to search for the great songs of Hvarna. Don't forget to equip the bet in your inventory after the conversation. Now go to the northeastern part of the oasis, following the mark. When you reach the right place, turn left and enter the tree.
Walk forward through the tunnel until you reach a small pond. Watch a short cut-scene. Then activate Sorush, hover over the great song of Hvarna and use the bet skill. This will absorb the energy you need.
Now you need to chat with Nasejuna again. To do this, move to the statue of the seven Archons in the mountains of Temir and glide in a southerly direction. You will find the desired character on a wooden platform.
Where to find the great songs of Hvarna
In total, you will need to find 3 great songs. A separate quest is associated with each of them: Dukkha, Samudaya and Nirodha. We covered these tasks in separate guides. Once you find these objects, you can continue with the main mission.
How to find the last great song of Hvarna
Travel to the teleporter near the Gate of Dhu-l-Qarnayn, and then start following the road to west to the cave. Enter it and go deeper into the dungeon. Walk around the arena with the Monstrous Baptist on the right so you don't accidentally activate a fight with him.
Keep going down to the ruins. Once you reach the quest marker, chat with Nasejuna again. Now go inside the ruins. Follow the only path down, activate the underground teleporter and approach the amrita barrier. You can remove it with the Sorush skill.
Go forward. You will enter a spacious cave. Follow the quest marker and cross to the other side. Start climbing up and enter the next tunnel, which will take you to a new vast area. Use the four leaf symbols to get to the big round door ahead.
Go through the gap and you will find yourself in a room with a mysterious energy management system. Activate the teleport on the left and then go to the center of the room for another conversation with Nasejuna.
Activate the left mechanism door with the spirit core
Catch the green orb hovering next to left door, and place it near the energy relay located near the teleportation point. Leave the core of the spirit there so that the mechanism does not become covered with crystal again.
Now go to the converter near the switch and slide it in the opposite direction from the relay. Next, turn the transducer to the desired door to open it. The screenshots above show all the steps.
If you cannot move the converter (marked in the picture below as B) in the right direction, then move it to the relay and turn it forward. Then find converter A in the far right corner, move it closer to the left door and turn in its direction. The complete scheme is shown in the picture below.
Where to find the second core
Go through the opened passage and turn right at the fork. Enter the new room and deal with a group of Hilichurls. Walk along the metal platform and start following the fairy. Jump down and then climb up. Run along the pipes and turn left. After bringing the fairy to the house, you will receive a regular chest.
Deal with a group of Hilichurls and a Mitchurl to unlock a rich chest and a orb-shaped console that opens a grate on the floor. Jump down to get into a half-flooded room. The desired core will lie at the bottom of the reservoir. Interact with the mechanism on the other side to drain the water and collect the green orb.
Don't forget to open the amazing chest at the bottom as well. To return to Nasejun, go left and enter the doorway, which is only half visible. Next, go upstairs and turn right. Talk to your companion.
Activate the right door of the mechanism with the spirit core
To solve this puzzle, place the assembled spirit core near the energy relay closest to the marked door. Rotate the B transducer next to it towards the closed door.
Now take the spirit core that was near the relay next to the teleporter and transfer it to the device on the opposite side. Move transducer A to the far left corner and also turn it towards the locked door. As a result, you will be able to open it. The correct scheme is shown in the screenshot above.
Where to find the third spirit core
Pass through the opened passage and run to the very end, having dealt with several hilichurls along the way. As a result, you will find yourself in a room with a huge mountain. Watch the cutscene, and then jump down and deal with the ruin mechanisms. Open the treasure chest and go through the opening above.
Enter the spacious new area and climb the rocky ledge to collect the third green orb. Now glide down to the fairy on the left and start following her to return to the central hall. At the end, you will need to activate the console blocked by the gray crystal.
How to connect three devices near the lift
Talk to Nasejuna, and then jump down to the familiar area and place the spirit core near the third relay covered with crystals. Now you need to redirect the energy to the three control panels.
To do this, place the converters in front of the control panels and turn them right on them, as shown in the screenshot below. The third energy relay does not need a converter, as it already looks directly at the console.
How to activate the central control
After setting everything up, talk to Nasejuna again. The device you need is located at the top level. Find the Anemo Totem at the edge of the room and hit it with an air attack to create a stream of air – use it to climb to the second tier.
Here you will need to rotate the central rune mechanism so that the symbols on it match the signs drawn on three signs installed nearby.
However, we advise you not to bother with this, but simply go to the console next to the fairy house (see the picture below) and turn it so that the runes shown in the second screenshot below are highlighted (twice top, once middle , once bottom).
How to defeat Nasejuna and the Abyss Reader
Watch the cutscene, talk to Nasejuna and get the achievement “Great Gunsmith” Now use the lift to go down. Jump off the platform and pick up the Dendroculus. Below you will have to deal with three waves of enemies, consisting of sentry ruins, ruin guardians and ruin threshers.
Having dealt with all opponents, you will go down to the very bottom, where you will find the great song of Hvarna. Before taking it with Sorush, we advise you to upgrade your squad with more Cryo or Pyro heroes, as soon you will have to fight Hydro Voidreader.
Watch a short cutscene and then fight Klingsor and Nasejuna. The latter does not pose a great danger, so you can ignore it. To quickly remove the shield from the enemy's Hydro, use Pyro or Cryo attacks.
Having dealt with all opponents, you will complete the quest and get the achievement “Trial of the Seven Valleys”. You will also have access to the Hymn to Tir Yazad quest. As a reward, you will be given 500 adventure points, 60 primogems, 50 thousand pestilence, 5 hero experience and 6 magical enhancement ore.
