Where to find Cyneus
- Location: Capitol Hill
You can only enter this area during or after completing the Ode to Harmony quest chain. Move to the teleporter located in the southeastern part of the location, and then swim west and down. Soon on the right side you will see the entrance to the cave – swim into it.
