How to start the event “Spread of less than a minute of arc per thousand steps”

First, you'll need to complete the first chapter of the Roses and Muskets questline, titled “The Sound of Muskets Breaks the Silence,” to unlock access to the four challenges. After this, you should automatically begin the above task.
You will need to find and talk with the servant of the Jardinage Chamber, located in Cours de Fontaine. She will need participants for a special event. After the conversation, the mission will end. As a reward for completing it, you will receive 10 thousand mora and 4 adventurer experience.
The essence and rules of the event
In this challenge you will need to aim and shoot at enemies using special glasses. First, activate the aiming mode by pressing the appropriate key, aim at the enemy and click on the shot button to fire bullets where the sight is pointing. To complete the stage you need to kill all mobs.
It should be noted that in some rounds the number of ammunition will be limited. Plus, the less ammo you spend, the more points you earn. Therefore, do not forget to use surrounding objects, for example, exploding flammable barrels, in order to kill several enemies at once in one shot.
At some stages you have to not only kill monsters, but also protect high-value cargo . In them, you won’t have much time to think, since enemies can simply destroy the goods.
If the aiming system seems sluggish to you , then you can speed it up a little by adjusting the camera's horizontal and vertical sensitivity in the “Control” section located in the main menu settings.
